The hotel room is spacious. The bathroom is clean. The bed and linens aee clean and crisp... we booked at deluxe queen only with ceiling fan, but it feels like your inside an airconditioned room.. staffs are friendly amd couteous. They serve buffet breakfast if guests are 30p ax and above only.. though only few choices of foods at the buffet, we were still feel staisfied... definitely, we will book again..

Wi-fi connection is good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Breakfast Buffet Masarap yung food pero konti lng ung selection pag ngkataon puro pa pork/ beef sana may veggies and seafoods din. And sana include n lng din yung egg wag na on the spot n lulutuin ksi humahaba ang pila ⭐️⭐️ Best location ito if may sarili kang car😊 Yun nga lng malayo sa mismong town. Wala msyadong Taxi kaya no choice magpapabook k tlga ng GRAB (200+ ang taxi fare pag grab pero pag regular nsa 100 or less) One thing nakakahilo yung paakyat s main lobby ng hotel, spiral ramp ksi tpos ang tarik pag di sanay un mgdrive mhhirapn tlga ska sana may nag aassist dun sa pag akyat at pagbaba ng sasakyan pra di nagkakasalubungan at maiwasan yung disgrasya.

We stayed for a night only. The front desk staff were very friendly and polite. The duty managers were also very dedicated, and took initiatives to help whenever we needed anything. Appreciated the effort that they made for everything.

Rooms are spacious and the staff are lovely and very accommodating. Impressed with how nice and spacious the rooms are. The location is a bit hard to find but overall it was a good stay.

This is a newer hotel and still have construction going on. You have to drive through the circular parking to get to the main entrance. There is a free shuttle to bring you to the main road. The breakfast is okay. The room is huge and clean but there is no pool and I don’t see a lot of guest in the lobby so very quiet and like dead. It’s further away from downtown.

New hotel opened in April 2023 Rooms are very clean as it’s almost brand new Breakfast ala carte plated is decent Overall highly recommended if you like new stuffs

나쁜편은 아니지만, 주변에 더 좋은 숙소들이 많기에 다른 호텔을 먼저 찾아보시고 선택하시는걸 추천드립니다. 지역 특성상, 이왕이면 차를 렌트하시는것도 추천드려요

垃圾酒店看到的，千萬不要住誰住誰後悔，房間熱水不夠，早餐垃圾，性價比非常低。吹風機都沒有一個晚上賣1000多的房間，連國內300都不如

My experience at the Plaza Hotel was less than satisfactory. I had requested an early check-in, and while I was informed they couldn’t guarantee it, they also promised to get back to me. Unfortunately, they never did. Upon arrival, the doorman was pleasant and welcoming, but the front desk staff offered service that was simply average—not exceptional in any way. When we entered our room, we noticed several issues: there was no hanger pole or hangers for our clothes, no trash can in the bathroom, no flat iron for pressing clothes, and no vanity table. This made basic tasks, such as applying makeup, inconvenient, as there was no proper seating area outside the bathroom. Additionally, the lighting was poor and unsuitable for tasks like makeup application. The bathroom door was awkwardly positioned on the left side, directly covering the sink when open, making it necessary to keep the door closed to use the sink. On our second day, we returned to our room past 11 p.m. and found no bath towels or robes provided. When we tried to call the operator to request towels, the phone was busy—odd considering the late hour. My husband had to dress up again and personally go to the front desk to request them, which was highly inconvenient. The breakfast, priced at over PHP 500, was disappointing. Although it was a buffet, the only items I enjoyed were tuna and eggs. According to my companions, the other dishes were unremarkable in taste. Overall, our stay was disappointing, and we will not be returning to the Plaza Hotel.
