Bed sheets, pillow cover and towels not clean Poor service.

too clean, i will surely comeback and trip.com customer service was so amazing

The bathroom wasn’t clean and it was very dark. I felt a bit scared.

Deben mejorar las habitaciones, muebles muy antiguos y mal estado que dan un mal aspecto general. No está muy lejos del centro, personal amable.

Really enjoyed our stay here from Aug 21-23,2025! The Manager and front desk staff were super accommodating and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfy, plus they upgraded us for free which was such a nice surprise 🥰. Even after we checked out, they let us leave our baggage for a while which was really convenient. Overall, great service and a hassle-free stay. Would definitely come back when we visit Baguio again! 🌲

Clean Room, very accommodating and friendly staff. Easy access to Sm and Burnham park. Will definitely stay here again. ☺️

not too bad but also need to improve they should consider to clean all the sheets b cuz the pillow has a little black dots, I don’t know if that’s the mold and the floor needs to clean as well and we also heard a mouse into the ceiling and thats really bothering if other costumers experiencing that i hope that they can improve and over all is good

When I was looking online for the hotels room, everything was nice to looked at. The moment we check-in everything is dirty, old, dusty,moldy..the only renovated space is their toilet,except the shower. The staff are friendly and accomodating.

Very nice yung experience ng stay namin. Mababait ang staff at very accommodating nila. Masarap din ang food. Ang room maganda din at malaki. Exhaust fan sa cr parang sira and yun lang naman problema pero the rest super nice. Mag book kami ulit pag balik namin diyan sa baguio

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Henrico Kisad. The hotel's cozy and homey atmosphere was perfect for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. Breakfast was decent and we appreciated the option to choose from their menu. Our room looked recently renovated and was much nicer than the 2021 photos we saw online. Everything in the bathroom worked well. The only downside was the steep hill leading to the hotel. It's a bit of a challenge to walk, so we recommend taking a taxi if possible.

just walking away from the burnham park, museum, and of course in SM Baguio The room is clean The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this property with my friends and surely will comeback this property on my next visit.
