V Hotel and Apartel recensioner

My family stayed Dec 9 to 11,2022 and arrived at V Hotel around 6:30pm.That time Guest Service attendant who checked in us was very welcoming and helpful together with her supervisor Noralyn.As a hotelier who worked in a hotel and cruises as well;i've always purposely test hotel staffs every time my family stayed in a hotel here in Philippines and overseas, about their service.Surprisingly all the Staffs whom i encountered in V Hotel have a high level of service excellence. * ask for adaptor eventhough i have, with in 5 minutes it arrived in my room *inform them that theres no wifi connection in my room,within 3 mins Diana came to settled my wifi. *called FO and HSKPNG i hrared only 1 phone ring and they attend to my calls right away. Will definitely comeback here.
