Absolutely incredible experience! My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon, and from start to finish, the customer service was nothing short of exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special—greeting us with personalized notes, arranging romantic dinners, and even offering thoughtful recommendations for local activities. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, and we felt genuinely valued throughout our stay. Jose was our point of contact leading up to the trip, and ensured a seamless transition coming from the states. It's rare to find such a high level of attentiveness and warmth, and it truly made our honeymoon unforgettable. If you're looking for a place where the customer service exceeds every expectation, this is it. Highly recommend!

The location of this Hotel is breathtaking, no picture captures the beauty of this place and the magnificence of the hotel. The staff is fantastic, from the first mail of confirmation, to departure, genuine concern of making you feel at your best. The food is delicious. The room is spacious and impeccable. Definitively a place to return!!

This stay was an incredible experience! From the moment I arrived I was blown away by the stunning views and serene atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout the stay and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the infinity pool and its unbeatable views of the coast. The restaurant also served delicious and fresh meals with local ingredients. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and enjoy the beauty and nature of Costa Rica, then this hotel is the perfect choice. We left feeling relaxed and recharged!

This little resort is amazing! Extremely beautiful, serene, and romantic! With only 12 couples max at once, you get the perfect amount of pampering. Top tier service is available whenever you need anything. We felt the accommodations and attention to detail were worth the price. We will return for a relaxing couples retreat again!

This was the most INCREDIBLE trip -- WOW. My husband and I went to Hotel Three Sixty for our belated honeymoon in February and it was nothing short of spectacular. The drive to and from San Jose was very beautiful and our driver was the best!! The food and drinks were absolutely incredible, the room was so nice, and the views are seriously out of a movie. The entire staff was so friendly. They all felt like true friends by the time we left, and we were only there for four nights. My only regret is I wish we could've stayed LONGER! The excursions we went on (snorkeling at Caño island and a beach morning at Playa Hermosa) were so much fun. We felt really spoiled. I also can't recommend the night hike enough. Our guides were so informative and fun to be around (We're not huge hikers so we went with this hike and it was perfect! Got to see some really cool wildlife.). Our massages were also the best I've ever had -- this place just doesn't miss. Loved everything about it!!! The trip was so relaxing and just what we were looking for. A very romantic destination for couples of all ages and I' m sure would make for a very fun friend trip too. I am not someone that typically likes to repeat my travels but we will DEFINITELY be back!

My stay at Hotel Three Sixty was wonderful. The views were amazing. However, more importantly, everyone on staff seen and unseen made the stay for me. From Gerado, the driver, who provided small touches like snacks and water. That can be a big deal - when as a visitor you forget the hotel is hours away from the airport. Furthermore, I enjoyed my conversations with Jefferson, a terrific bartender. Andres introduced me to options I was unaware of. William is witty and astute and Ignacio is kind and observant. Javier and helped where needed and along with Cristian transported guests up and down those hills. The arrangements of my excursions with Alexa, Andres, and Luis, before my arrival, the front desk staff. Paula's good-natured attitude in the execution of their duties. Laura and Katy - the ladies of housekeeping who are responsive. Overall, everyone seems to genuinely enjoy being at work helping to ensure each guest has the best experience. The was excellent. My only critique is the bed was too soft. I highly recommend Hotel Three Sixty.
