Hotel Three Sixty

Never been to Costa Rica but I am not disappointed with this hotel. 10/5 stars. William, Javier, and Andres were AMAZING. They were very attentive and very pleasant to talk to. Food was AMAZING. More than we expected. Everything was clean and organized, and maintenance was quick. This should be a 5 star hotel. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Hotel360 for this world class experience. It was a 5-6 hour drive from SJO but was definitely worth it. If you’re worried; rent a car and make it. You won’t regret it.

Sunset premium suite was amazing! The views, the wildlife, the staff and the whole experience was fantastic! We could not believe how accommodating and attentive every staff member was. Such a great location and such amazing people. Andres, William, Javier, Jefferson, Paola, Alexa, Christian, all the best staff that made our honeymoon and scouting for future venues a huge win! Thank you all so much for being such an amazing team!!

We had an incredible visit. The facility was top notch and the staff even better. View at hotel was breathtaking and villa was so very nice. Incredible waking up to view of rain forest and Pacific Ocean. Just a note about staff. They were so helpful in recommending tours and sites. Much better than going off Trip Advisor. Very friendly and always going that extra step Also a note about the food - Outstanding and would highly recommend. Many times in US the hotel restaurant is not that good. Not the case here. Food was excellent and you can’t beat view at pool overlooking ocean. Price is very competitive with going out and tasted even better in my opinion. One of the best vacation stays I’ve ever been on. We will be going back.

I could write pages about our visit, but I’ll sum it up by saying the views were spectacular, the location is stunning, and the architecture is truly unique. But what really makes this place special is the staff—Andres, William, Paula, Javier, Christian—everyone at the hotel does an exceptional job and makes you feel right at home. The food was another highlight that made our stay unforgettable. Since the hotel is located on a mountain, especially for dinner, we often didn’t feel like going out—and the meals never disappointed. A huge thank you to everyone at Three Sixty for turning our vacation into a cherished memory!

I chose the Solo Traveler package, and it was fantastic. The team truly took care of my transfers to and from San Jose International seamlessly with excellent prior and during communication via email and WhatsApp. I found the food and cocktails on site to be very good - with the whole grilled fish in particular absolutely outstanding and the fresh juices making the cocktails really delicious. I chose not to rent a car and lean on arranged transportation for my excursions off the property, which ended up being about the same price but a lot less hassle for me. If I were traveling with another person, I would definitely have done a car for the improved cost. All in all, I can absolutely recommend this as a great destination that feels totally away from it all, high up in the treetops with the parrots and toucans flying by and the monkeys climbing the trees outside. It's worth a splurge.

Amazing hotel. Excellent sevice from the staff, delicious food (with vegetarian options), clean rooms, beautiful hotel design. We also took the yoga class in the middle of the forest which was a beautiful experience. From the balcony of our room we were able to see toucans and coatis. Also from the reception we saw monkeys passing by the property of the hotel.
