I’m pleased to be staying at this hotel and am particularly impressed with the hospitality and warmth of the reception team - Ayna and Toghrul. They went out of the way to settle me in and make me comfortable. I highly recommend it to all! The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The neighbourhood is safe and it’s a short walk from Fountain Square and the Promenade next to the sea. A home away from home for us!

We spent 2 days in this hotel, it is clean, friendly environment and affordable.we got the room on 4th floor with balcony view, which was so beautiful, we really enjoyed the balcony room. We feel peace and clamness in the environment. They don't have elevator yet , I hope they will install soon . Also they need to add more dishes in thier breakfast. The girl Aaina was so sweet and she provide good customer care. 7 minutes walk from.nizami street.

I stayed in central baku hotel for many days and it was great hotel with wide and super clean rooms, The breakfast was so taste and The hotel located close to the most important street in Baku “ Nisami st”. The staff was super helpful and kind, thanks to brother Joghzul and all the other staff.

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of the City! This hotel is a true gem right in the city center — the location couldn’t be better, with everything you need just a short walk away. The rooms are spotless, stylish, and recently renovated, offering a warm and cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Breakfast is satisfying with a good variety — nothing over the top, but more than enough to start your day well. The staff truly stands out: friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A special shout-out to Toghrul for his exceptional service — his kindness and attention to detail made our stay all the more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city!

My room was very clean and newly renovated. The bathroom had a floor heating system, and the room itself was always warm and cozy. The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to restaurants and grocery stores. The staff were incredibly hardworking and friendly, and the owner was very kind. Overall, I would definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it to everyone. A big thank you to the entire team! Also, a special shoutout to the cook—she made my sunny-side-up eggs just the way I like them!

I loved this hotel, its calm and cozy and its very close to everything, the service is amazing and the people here are welcoming, we stayed for 4 days and we did not regret a minute of it. I would recommend 100%. Anytime i come back i will stay here. Thank you central baku hotel team for the amazing service

The hotel is recently renovated in November 2024 so it's upto the mark. I stayed here 5 years ago much has changed over here. They are just finishing their kitchen after which it would be perfect. Staff speak good English. Location is very near to al Nizami attractions.
