Отличный отель, прекрасная локация, просторный номер. Есть пару моментов: вид на резиденцию - это вид в стену здания, завтраки с 9 до 11 и в 10:59 уже все убрали, впервые такое встречаю

Для Four Seasons слова излишни. Лучшие. Во всем.

The staff at this hotel have been absolutely amazing. They have gone out of their way to make our stay a comfortable one. Always a “yes” and always with a smile. The property is an architectural marvel. The pool is the best I’ve seen in a hotel, up there with the Ritz Paris. Some of the kindest and most helpful staff I’ve encountered. While some parts will be due for a refresh in the coming years, this is still hands down the play to stay in Baku. I might also add that this city is LOVELY. Truly magnificent. Great beds, great staff, lovely city. Thank you Four Seasons Baku! One note - it would be nice if they used scented diffusers on every floor as with other FS properties.

Great service and beautiful building design. They had prime locations which is near most of must visit tourism destinations at Baku. I think the minus just because it’s in the main busy area it’s always have heavy traffic whole day. Thank you for Sharvan ana Lala who’s has truly incredible in delivering hospitality service world class as Four Seasons it is.

I had a fantastic experience at Four Seasons Hotel,Bakü .The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the view was amazing. The hotel had great amenities, including a lovely pool and a delicious restaurant. Everything felt well taken care ! We would also like to extend our special thanks to the hotel manager, Mr. Özgür, for his outstanding hospitality.

Truly, a five star experience. The hotel is impeccably clean and well maintained. Housekeeping staff does an excellent job. The dining room crew is terrific. They’re friendly, smiling and caring. The hotel is located next to many of the major attractions in the city and many major attractions are within walking distance. The morning buffet breakfast is lavish and offers you practically anything you want.

A beautiful, well located property. Everything you’d expect from the Four Seasons. Convenient location from the old town and dining areas. Restaurant was quite good. Breakfast was lovely. I recommend the avocado toast with poached egg. Pressing service was late but that happens.

Outstanding hotel in a magical setting. Right on the shore of the Caspian Sea. The property is really beautiful with outstanding views. The food is quite good but not up the level of 4S in Bangkok. One does not go to Baku for the food, at least in my experience. My room had a terrace that made the stay really great. I recommend the caviar experience. I have the 250 gm tin and it was delicious. Well worth the cost. Nothing bad to say about this wonderful hotel!

We popped in for a cocktail and then went to the toilet beautiful setting, amazing service.....couldn't have asked for more....we only went in for 1 drink so I'm struggling to write.... 200 characters.......!@#£%^&*(((((((()))((((((

I’ve just spent a fabulous 4 days in Baku, Azerbaijan which was made all the more special with my stay at the Four Seasons. I’d booked 3 nights with the 3rd night complimentary as they had an offer on. Upon my arrival I was treated to a smooth check in, then shown straight to my room which was fantastic. I’d booked a deluxe old city view which didn’t disappoint. Beautifully furnished, a fabulous marble bathroom with a separate dressing area and a great view of the old city from the balcony. I was on the 8th floor. Throughout my stay I was made to feel most welcome by all the staff & on my birthday I was treated to several complimentary cakes which tasted great but were not great for my waste line. I treated myself to dinner at Zafferano, which is where I’d been eating breakfast. Having stayed at serval Four Season properties I was a little disappointed with their breakfast, on the first morning I had Eggs Benedict which was just OK, the eggs were small and very watery. The following morning I asked for an omelette, this again was just average at best. However, dinner was a completely different affair. As a birthday treat to myself I had their pumpkin soup to start which was delicious, then their seafood risotto! Cooked perfectly and very tasty. Then I went for their Irish beef Sirloin steak which was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. I didn’t need a dessert as I’d had an ever growing cake collection in my room. I spent my days walking round Baku, exploring the old city, visiting museums and clocking up well over 30 miles. I spent my early evening relaxing by their pool which was a little haven of peace on their 7th floor. As my return flight times weren’t great, I was treated to a complimentary late check out, which I was very thankful of. Before I checked out I ordered their Club sandwich from their room in room dining menu via their app. Ordering was easy but yet again the food was only average at best! Having stayed in some fabulous properties all around the world I consider myself a bit of a Club sandwich connoisseur, and sadly this didn’t really make the grade. My overall experience was very positive, and with just a few tweaks this place would be a 10/10! I’d definitely recommend it, I’d definitely recommend Baku and I’d definitely go back. Beautiful city, fantastic property, great service with a super location within the city. You couldn’t really ask for more.
