Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Terrace recensioner

The place is great and the staff are very helpful  A incident happened during check in, I was told that my booking has been cancelled, I was in shock and with my children, we waited for the staff from trip.com to confirm what happened. I am still waiting for the reply from trip.com to find out the reason behind this miscommunication. Overall staff from trip.com and the hotel are very helpful, besides the misunderstanding of my cancellation, everything was good. I hope that this would not happen again and I would use it again in the future.

Everything was perfect. The facilities are beyond my expectation. The foods also delicious.

My family and I had an awesome stay in Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Terrace. We stayed in a 3 bedrooms Villa which was spacious enough for kids to run around. Unfortunately the kids did not get to play in the plunge pool as water was cold. Breakfast spread was good selection and play centre was of good size to keep the kids occupied. We would definitely return to stay if we go back Bali again.

This is the property to stay in when holidaying with a big family as their two bedroom apartments are great

首先很老派的酒店。 前台排隊速度非常慢，一個人checkin大概10分鐘.感覺人力不太夠 第二個就是他們大廳的導覽人員對於周邊業務不熟悉，沒辦法侃侃而談周圍可以玩的地方。衹知道叫你去他們的泳池還有購物中心。 第三個是spa基本每天都是滿的，排不上號 第四個是所有盥洗用品都是要求了才給 很多員工比較懶散，這個是我對比其他住的酒店哈 整體來説....真的非常普通又老派

This property is very nice, clean and has US-friendly outlets for your phone. Every single employee on property is so very kind and helpful. Guna at the pool is the best server! We had a room with a plunge pool and it was very clean and chilled. Refreshing after a day of touring.

Our stay was a four day jet-lag recovery prior to a dive trip in Sulawesi. We had three bedroom and two bedroom units in building 3. We chose Terraces over Gardens (been there prior) because of the kids pool and private plunge pools. While the actual units are similar to the Gardens, the Terraces have a more kid-friendly approach. The kids pool was adjacent to our unit, and much time was spent in the kid pool, jungle pool, and kids club. Service was very good, as was pre-arrival planning, and rooms had crib and appropriate amenities for the children. We did do quite a bit of spa - though the spa treatments were not as good (and much more expensive) than outside spas, they were convenient. Ate the unbeatable breakfast in Backstage every morning, which was hard to match later in the trip.
