The Cubang Hut's Lembongan recensioner

Loved our stay here! Friendly staff, walking distance to dream beach and a lovely pool! The room was spacious, outdoor bathroom with bathrobes, toiletries. Best hotel breakfast we have had since bali with a menu that included yogurt bowls and smashed avo on toast with a hot and cold drink included.

Breakfast is goof, staff is very friendly. It is very close to Dream Beach, Devi's tears and Sunset Beach. My wife and I walked to them every day and didn't even need a motorcycle. The burger we ate was quite good, and the pool is great! The outside bathroom is very common in Lembongan, and the one in the hotel was very good.

Terrible staff and service! If in Bali you are surprised at hospitality in every hotel, then here you are surprised at anti-hospitality. I booked and paid through the site, in the end, when I arrived, they told me with a smile that they did not have rooms! What? I have already paid for the room! As a result, one began to call the other and found out that there was a room, but with two separate beds, God bless him, give me any. The restaurant was told that it was open until 8.30, I walked back and forth from the room for half an hour and there was no one there at all! At the reception there is absolutely no contact information, it is impossible to find anyone in any way. Had I known, I would have gone somewhere else! Then the staff finally arrived, but the desire to order something was gone. To which he angrily shouted at me: What do you want? Do you want to get out? So get out! A curtain. This is just the highest limit of anti-service, I do not recommend contacting these people.

Close to a beautiful beach. Lovely pool. Nice and quiet. Cold shower.

一共不超過十個小木屋，服務衞生都還行，周圍也有餐廳超市。衹是接船和送船都收了費用，不知道其他的酒店是不是這樣。還有帶的兩個孩子加了一個孩子的床費，我們在峇里島的其他酒店沒有被加收費用。因為當時是去的第一家酒店也沒有多問，後來發現峇里島不加收另一個孩子的床位費才是常態。

老實説，環境和位置都很好，但是打一星是為了讓人看到，不要預訂這家的浮潛，那個老頭子船長態度非常惡劣： 2024年7月22日上午，我們進行了酒店安排的浮潛之旅，一個男生2個女生，一個女生上船時丟了一衹鞋子，酒店服務員的長髮男子撿到了但是並沒有呼叫船長把鞋子丟上來。這個我也理解，船已經開出去了。 但是，這個船長，我們的東西直接是扔來扔去，一點沒有服務精神，感覺我們似乎殺了他的父母一樣，很大的仇恨！另外我的朋友不擅長游泳，我的朋友正抓着船的扶手在海水中，他居然直接把船開動了！相當危險！另一個朋友幾乎溺水，他也衹顧着自己打手機電話！ 最後將我們送往佩尼達碼頭後，我們發現東西可能遺忘在了船上，向他招手開回來確認下，他100%看到了，但是也直接掉頭把船開走了~ 記住，千萬別訂這一家的浮潛服務，千萬別訂這一家的浮潛服務，千萬別訂這一家的浮潛服務，其他都很好。

我定的是雙床房，結果到了以後説衹有單床，其他都住上人了。那我提前定還有什麼意義，我們兩個人擠在一張床呢 完全睡不好 而且我提出再多要一床被子 服務人員從另外一個空的雙床的房間拿了個被子給我 明明有空的雙床房都不讓我住 欺騙我 衞生太差了 沙發上各種痕跡 地板上全是腳印

還不錯，離夢幻沙灘和**的眼淚比較近，早餐豐富，路比較爛，洗手間和洗澡半開放的，不是很好。

離夢幻沙灘 碼頭 **的眼淚都很近 ，環境優美寧靜 早餐種類也有好幾種。工作人員也很好 幫忙背包 送站，下次去還選這裏

非常差的體驗，沒有一點服務，位置偏僻，服務差，服務差到沒有朋友，位置偏僻

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cubang Huts. The rooms and grounds were lovely, the pool was beautiful and clean. The highlight for us was the wonderful staff. They were so friendly and made us feel at home. Shout out to Komang and Wayan, our new friends. An added bonus was the cute Labrador puppy Max!

Can’t say enough good things about this lovely accommodation! Our initial reservation for another spot on the island didn’t work out so we rented a scooter and headed to The other side of the island where we found this lovely spot. They were able to accommodate us for 3 nights in our own little hut. We paid a little extra to have breakfast included and we weren’t disappointed about it! The grounds of this place were impeccably manicured. The AC in the room works VERY well. Bed was comfy, room tidied everyday for us. Bathroom was attached outside - very private and comfortable. The pool exceeded our expectations! A smaller shallow pool and a pool with a deep area. Lots of places to lounge around the pool as well. The restaurant on site was delicious and very affordable as well. Very happy we decided to stay here. Staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their faces :)

· Lovely huts near the beautiful dream beach. We liked the swimming pool the most it was so lovely! You can rent a scooter via the hotel very easy and drive around the island yourself. We had a great stay on Nusa Lembongan! The island is so beautiful and peaceful.
