Great hotel, nice location in Uluwatu with great views of Jimbaran. Great service, booked for one night then extended 2 more nights due to the excellent service and facilities. Will be back for sure and highly recommend if looking for hotels in Uluwatu/Jimbaran area

This hotel was the last one on our trip and without a doubt the best. The service was personalized and very attentive from Lia and Navi. They made us feel comfortable at all times; they are excellent workers! The breakfast was one of the best and most varied we've ever had, the facilities were very comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring. If you're looking for a hotel to relax in, this is the place. I assure you that your hosts, Lia and Navi, will treat you like at home. Thank you for the excellent service and greetings from Chile!

Big and clean room, nice overseeing city view, but the breakfast needs more variety especially for long stay guest, so it's not too boring.

The room was small. And not as clean. The hotel is not a good option it was an old hotel, not clean. Location is also not so good. Wouldn’t recommend.

It was a pleasant stay, rooms were spacious. Checking in was a smooth process.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Room was very clean. Nice and big with a lovely bathroom. Staff were all so wonderful. We had issues with the Wi-Fi not connecting to my husbands Remote Desktop and they tried very hard to fix this but unfortunately didn’t manage to. Wi-Fi connects/drops and so is not reliable for anyone wanting to work remotely from here. We had towels and bottled water on demand. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash was provided. I have coeliac disease and need a strictly gluten free diet. The restaurant went above and beyond to help me eat safely during our stay. I will 100% recommend and come back here again!! Small things to note, there’s a small gap under the door which means that bugs and lizards can crawl in since the hotel is an open concept. This was fixed by wedging a body towel against the door. Shout out to, August, Komane Adi, Julia (Lia), Deva and the rest of the staff! You guys were all wonderful!!

We stayed here just 1 night and that was enough already. The location of the room is my biggest issue combined with the architectural layout of the building. They gave us a room on floor 9 with a low number, 906? The low numbers are directly next to a big road where there is endless traffic the whole night. Too much very loud traffic noise. The layout of the building is a double loaded corridor with on the end an OPEN staircase which directly faces the street. So this street noise comes directly from the hallway and from the balcony. I almost did not sleep the whole night. So bring earplugs. And request a high number room. 950 for example. Second point was the check in process. This took too long for a check in at 22:30… They said the room was not cleaned yet and made us wait. Not cleaned at 22:30, I wonder. Then next guest could just check in directly. Not welcoming at all. Breakfast ok.

feel like staying in d mountain area.. very cold. But at d same time only takes 20 mins to melasti and pandawa beach..

It was ok. Not much to do in the surrounding area. Noisy if your room is close to the main road.

The hotel is good clean breakfast is nice also mr.bodi is the best and very helpful staff there thanks alot to him for helping me out for my baby food…all over best hotel will stay again here..they also make good coffee and tea’s..thanks
