Kebun Kita Eco Lodge

There were four of us in this accommodation for two nights. Nice welcome and also during our stay the staff was friendly. Unfortunately I was sick during our stay ( Bali Belly) but they brought me a tea on request. Unfortunately, I could not participate at the breakfast which was included, but I got two slices of bread for breakfast instead. It was a big surprise for us at check out, because my tea and the slices of bread were charged extra, although I had never participated in the inclusive breakfast. The accommodation itself was not so clean and also the "tents" were not really tight just like the doors, so you always had some animals in the tent which is not really comfortable. When we checked out our friends had already returned with the scooters and the two of us needed a car back to Canggu, because I was feeling so sick that I had to see a doctor. So we asked for a cap, because via the app grap none was available because of the distance. The staff told us the price of 500.000IDR ( two days before arrival we paid 250.000IDR, same way) that was the double price for the same distance. So we tried again to get a cab via the app grap but no chance. So we asked the staff again for a cab with a fair price and they told us they would call a driver and ask for a cheaper price. But also the person on the phone said it would cost double (500.000IDR) So after an hour and my Bad situation we said that we take the cab because there was no other option for us even if the price was absolutely too high and we felt cheated. So we were taken to a car and it turned out to be the accommodation's own vehicle and not an external one from another driver as we were told. And the driver was not just anyone but an employee of the accommodation. This raced like crazy and we were really scared to be on the road with him. What happens? On the way back we had an accident. Fortunately nothing happened but it was the worst ride ever for us. There was never a sorry or an apology! The whole cab number was a very suspicious story and we were definitely overcharged.
