Very incredible and luxurious hotel, kind and welcoming staff, you feel that you are so welcomed, the hotel is so clean with spacious rooms, the breakfast buffet was the best , too many cuisines and family friendly, with lots of choices. The staff are so friendly with nice smile. We really enjoyed our stay there and one of the best 5 stars hotels in Bali with very reasonable price

I booked and paid for a premium ocean-view room and made repeated requests for a quiet room. The staff at check-in even confirmed I would get one. That was a complete lie. Instead, I was placed directly under their rooftop Sunset Bar, with blaring, unbearable music shaking the walls. It was like trying to sleep inside a nightclub. I immediately complained and asked to move rooms. They showed me “options” that were all worse than what I paid for. In the end, I was left with no real choice and had to settle for a downgraded room, at least $100 cheaper than the one I booked — and no, they refused to refund the difference. The nightmare didn’t end there. The new room was just as bad — nonstop barking dogs, loud traffic, thumping noises from upstairs, and bright light from the hotel sign flooding the room all night. It was impossible to sleep, and I had an international flight the next morning. I left the hotel exhausted, furious, and regretting ever booking here. The hotel tried to buy me off with late check-out and an airport transfer. Please — that doesn't fix anything. I was not given what I paid for. The service was dishonest, the infrastructure terrible, and the management completely unhelpful. I’ve since discovered I’m not the only one. There are many similar complaints online. This hotel knows their rooms are noisy and unfit — and they’re still taking people’s money. Save yourself the stress and stay away from Platinum Hotel Jimbaran Beach. They do not care about guests. They only care about covering their failures with excuses and empty offers.

I guess that was the best hotel where I have ever been. Good location, spacious room, very clean, all needed amenities, perfect sea view, 2 swimming pool, rooftop bar, good spa, very delicious breakfast, very big bed. And the price is normal. Very friendly staff. But I couldn’t sleep normally because of the noise of the dogs, bikes and ocean outside. So keep this in mind.

Close proximity to the airport and just beside the beach. Much quieter beach compared to touristy Kuta. Very good for a quiet vacation break.

Our second stay at this hotel. We just love to return as we love the location and ambiance of the hotel. Family room is big and just perfect for families with young kids. Breakfast was good and the service was excellent. The rooftop bar is a must visit especially during sunset time. Overall, a great stay in we wouldn't hesitate to return again.

Jimbaran Beach Hotel is a clean and new hotel and the staff is experienced and very helpful. They were very helpful in changing my reservation. I thank them very much.

Upgraded to a room with a balcony but some areas undergoing maintenance work and smells. Noisy guests. Overall experience was good.

This is a new hotel located right on Kedonganan beach. Everything still looks new and there are some parts under construction. When we checked in, we were warmly welcomed by Indah at the front desk and the check in process was very quick and easy. Everything I requested at the time of booking was well catered for. Upon entering the room, we were amazed by the spaciousness of the hotel room. The bed was very spacious and soft, very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. The shower was very strong and as a plus, there was a bathtub. On our first night, the hotel crew surprised my wife, who happened to be celebrating a birthday. This is something we have never experienced during our stay at any hotel, a personal birthday surprise to my wife, which made her very touched. The hotel crew that I need to give appreciation to are: 1. Indah (receptionist) 2. Mr. Rocky (duty manager) 3. Liang (F&B service) 4. Rio (Beldriver) For those four names, we are very honored to get the surprise. Thanks guys! Too bad we didn't get a photo with you guys. Besides that, the gym, sauna and jacuzzi are our favorite spots. This hotel is definitely highly recommended. Besides its very strategic location.

We found a pillow which wasn’t belong to us under our bed after check in. The room was average. I meant could have found a better hotel room with that price. The location is right in front of the beach with many seafood restaurants, quite convenient but there’s no convenient store around and we had to walk about 10 mins in the dark to the main road to get some snacks. The breakfast was good. Overall, nothing attractive for us to return for second stay.

A 5 star hotel containing great amenities and amazing rooftop views of Bali and the beach on the other side. Breakfast buffet have a variety of options, definitely worth the extra price Stayed in an ocean room and was extremely spacious for a couple, with a lovely balcony view of the ocean. Area surround long the hotel is not as industrialised, a few restaurants on the street but not much else. Also the beach is not so easily accessible due to the beachfront restaurants closeby
