The Meru Sanur

Our stay at Meru in Sanur, Bali, was a wonderful experience. The environment and the staff were perfect. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return for our next trip to Bali.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Meru Bali, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay. The facilities are world-class—modern, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully designed to provide the ultimate in comfort and convenience. The design of the space is a highlight in itself. Luxurious, yet with a unique character that sets it apart from any other resort I’ve visited. Every corner of the property reflects a perfect balance of elegance and innovation. I want to especially commend the spa reception team. Their gracious hospitality and attention to detail made my spa experience incredibly relaxing and memorable. They made me feel completely at home and taken care of. I highly recommend The Meru Bali to anyone looking for a truly luxurious getaway. I will absolutely be returning in the future—and I’m already encouraging my friends to plan their stay here as well.

Very big hotel. Easy to get lost on hotel grounds. Rooms are new and nice. A huge selection of foods for breakfast and the quality is decent.

It was an amazing experience at Meru Sanur. Our stay was exceptional! The stunning pool, luxurious suite, and top-notch facilities made for a perfect getaway. Special thanks to Ade, Fal and Asri for their outstanding hospitality and care. While the food at the restaurant could be improved, everything else exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return!

Exceptional! Totally agree with the other positive reviews. The only thing to add is that as of August 2024 they are still finishing the Meru, so not everything is completed, but everything that matters is open (gym, pool, restaurant opposite the beach) so there’s no problem. Also no noise or disruption experienced. The Bali Beach hotel (big white building) is next door and that is undergoing a major renovation but again it didn’t affect us as they have done everything possible to hide the renovation process. The Meru is an extension of that hotel, but it is brand new. I found that a little confusing when I was deciding where to book because people have posted pictures for both hotels that confuse them. The Meru is a big wood and stone complex and the beach pool is directly in front.
