We’d like to address a few points:We do provide car parking, which is located separately but not far from the building.While we asked about your arrival time to better prepare, we did not confirm an early check-in at 11 AM. Instead, we mentioned that you were welcome to leave your luggage with us upon arrival.It seems the disappointment stemmed from not being able to check in early, and we sincerely apologize if this caused any inconvenience. However, our standard check-in time is 2 PM to ensure all rooms are properly prepared for our guests.We appreciate your understanding and hope to provide a better experience should you choose to stay with us again.Спасибо за ваш отзыв.
