The place is beautiful and was opened in March 2024. Therefore the villa and its interior looks new. The pool is fantastic and view towards the rice field exists. Whether the rice fields are growing or not depends a bit on luck/season you rent the place. We just had a muddy field in front of our eyes.
The villa is located a bit out the city center along the well know rice field walk which makes the scenery very quiet, especially at night. You are still quite quick by foot in the busy streets of ubud. You just need to know the you can not go there by car. Scooter is fine, but many drivers don’t know how to get there and cancel the pick up. Usually they contact you to set up a pick up by scooter from a parking lot nearby. If not, Make sure you contact the owner of the villa before your arrival to arrange a pick up.
A plus is the restaurant and coffee place just a couple meters away.
