Underbart hotell. Städning gjordes varje dag. Ren pool, vackra grunder, intressanta rum! Frukost serveras enligt menyn, men efter ett par dagar börjar det tyvärr saknas variation. Det är tyst och lugnt i närheten. Personalen är artig och uppmärksam! Vi var 100% nöjda med hotellet!

Had previously stayed at Deluxe Executive room which was great. This stay is at the Deluxe room - double bed. Sadly it was 2 twin mattresses joined together with an uncomfortable indent in the middle of the bed where the two mattress meet. Furthermore, both twin mattress are of different ‘age’ I guess. One of them well used - extremely soft and sinks right in. The other is firmer. Hotel was recently reopened in Nov 24 (closed since covid?). Location was great for me. On the quiet end of Seminyak (no crazy traffics) It’s 10mins walk to Petitenget beach and 25mins to Seminyak Village. A fantastic Warung just outside the hotel, 2 cafes and a nail salon. Away from the crowd. Hotel staffs were all friendly and nice. Nice big pool too.

Solterra Seminyak is a gem located off the main roads of Petitenget but still convenient to restaurants, minimarts, spas and shopping with a short 5 minutes away, giving us the best of both worlds - quiet but convenient. There is a short cut to the beach whicb the hotel front desk can give directions to. The Warung opposite the hotel serves great local food!  We booked the Premium Room which is located at the quieter section of the hotel, with direct access to a smaller pool in less than 5 steps from our room. Great if you don’t feel like hanging out at the main pool. The Premium room is very spacious and comfortable for 2 persons. Interesting bathroom that came with a bathub and an outdoor shower. I wished the room had more hooks for towels and a laundry rack to hang our wet swimsuits or laundered clothes for a long stay (we stayed for 5 nights).  Main pool has awesome resort vibes with a pool bar, and legit good cocktails by the staff.  What impressed me was the exceptional service by the entire team. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay comfortable (we made 2-3 small complaints on the room and action is taken immediately to rectify the issues). I skipped breakfast on one of the mornings to rest my stomach from all the overeating and the staff, noticing i wasn’t at breakfast, offered to make a coffee when I walked past the restaurant. The level of attention is commendable! I highly recommend this hotel and will be back for a return stay if I visit Seminyak/ Petitenget again.
