I recently had the pleasure of staying at Como Uma Ubud, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the cleanliness of the hotel was evident, with well-maintained facilities that set a positive tone for my stay. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my visit. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with any requests, making me feel truly welcomed. One of the standout features of Como Uma Ubud is its prime location. Situated near the Ubud city, it offers the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to the city, allowing guests to explore local attractions such as Ubud Palace and the Ubud Market without any hassle. Additionally, having a supermarket right next door was a great advantage, making it easy to pick up snacks, sovenier and essentials during my stay. Overall, Como Uma Ubud is an excellent choice for anyone looking to experience the charm of Ubud while enjoying a comfortable and stylish retreat. Highly recommended!

Staying in Como uma Ubud is one of the best hotels/resorts experiences. Best breakfast ever, and the service is absolutely amazing. Already recommended it to all my friends and will definitely come back to stay again.

The service is wonderful, all waiters and waitresses are kind and helpful throughout my stay here, highly recommended. Also the Italian restaurant at the hotel is world class and the band and singer performance are professional, vibes are terrific, what a night dinning here.

酒店地處烏布區域，鬧中取靜。公共泳池很舒服，住客素質也普遍很高，spa 非常舒服。早餐很好吃，但意大利餐廳比較普通。

모든것이 완벽했어요! 조식,요가클래스, 수영장 꼭 다시 오고싶은 호텔입니다.호텔밖 거리도 분위기 조아요. 호텔에서 운영하는 이태리 식당도 맛있습니다

Como 絕對是我住過的烏布最完美的酒店！第一次住Como是在布吉海邊，那個是非常簡約時尚的設計，烏布的Como是完全不同的設計和風格，是屬於適合烏布風格的小眾精品酒店。無論從設計風格，酒店設施，和酒店服務人員，絕對值得再回來！ 第一次入駐的那個房間，我覺得有點潮濕味道（前天下過雨所以那個屋頂材質是有點潮濕），我問可以不可以換一個沒有潮濕的房間，服務人員有點麪露難色，因為5/1其實基本都滿房了，但是還是立馬説幫我查看是否有其他房間，他們很快內部溝通了一下説可以先調一個房間給我。個人覺得有問題不是問題，但是不立馬解決才是問題。 這家酒店的服務人員是我住過的精品高端酒店裡麪最優質服務的團隊，衹要我去過一次，基本上第二次見面已經可以大概叫得出名字，就算餐廳的服務人員也一樣。他們不單單記得我昨天餐廳吃的是哪個咖啡，而且還記得我昨天想去哪裡玩，玩的怎麼樣！這大概是精品酒店才會有的服務！早餐和晚餐餐廳的食物是偏意大利式，創意性但是結合健康理念的，食材都巨新鮮！ 我是一個隨心旅遊的人，本來想在烏布4個晚上到處換換不同酒店嘗試，所以一開始在攜程才定了兩個晚上，在前台和他們聊天的時候，他們問我下一步去哪裡，我説我還沒有安排好，前台立刻和我説，這們邊還有一個花園房間空着，我們給你免費升級，你再繼續住這邊吧？知道我喜歡Spa，幫我去預訂了旁邊好的SPA，還提供了一個酒店1小時的免費Spa，包括Spa館的員工也都會乘我等待技師的時候帶我去兜一下這個有特色的Spa（因為下面是山林，景色很壯觀）。 非常完美的烏布假期！下次肯定再回來住！

房間、設計、早餐、spa，全都物有所值。服務一流，有機會會再來，推薦！

很幽靜的酒店，價格挺貴，我覺得適合住一天體驗一下。工作人員非常有禮貌，噓寒問暖。酒店很特別，我個人而言喜歡比較熱鬧的，比如Ayana。但是這個的確是挺小清新的。工作人員服務態度很好。

酒店設施有點老舊，畢竟是老酒店了，可以接受，但是服務真的很好。前台總是微笑的服務，基本上客户的需求都能滿足。

還會再來。地理位置很好。周邊有我需要的一切。
