This hotel provided a truly memorable experience. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Every detail seemed carefully considered to ensure guest satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable experience.

Room very far from lobby to our room.......

Be careful of (1) event taking place which is noisy loud and audibly heard from your room. (2) Front office staff which only releases room key after 2-2.40pm even if you reach earlier. There is a buggy to nearby Jerman beach. Without these drawbacks, it would be a good stay. Can also consider nearby Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel which is within the price range which offers higher hospitality, better amenities and offers earlier check in and late checkout.

Service was poor. I tried calling all lines, from Housekeeping, the Manager on duty to reception just for two towels, but to no avail. I was in a shower while 2 service staff were trying to enter the unit with the 2 towels when nobody answered the door. Likewise, male staff were seen in toilet cleaning while few ladies were in the toilet. No signs were displayed outside the toilet too. Housekeeping was slower than most hotels. Otherwise, it's a pleasant stay with Aryaduta Bali.

Not flexible in amendment or cancellation despite an alert on volcano eruption and Ogoh Ogoh festival

Stayed here for our dad's birthday and the hotel staffs done a great job to celebrated the event. Hotel room is big and they kindly upgraded our rooms to more quiet room and close to elevator. Pool was nice and warm, also you can see Kelan beach from the infinity pool. Breakfast was nice too. Hotel done a great job to maintain the facilities although it has been 5 years operating. Definitely will recommend it to our families and friends who wants to exploring Kuta area.

Great location and lovely staff

The room is quite spacious. However for me personally I think the position of the TV like abit not suitable, which is at the left side of the bed. The sofa is far away there. And only got 1 lift to get to my room, we need to walk quite a distance, can refer to the attached the floor map. 1 more thing is the cup provided to drink hot water. There is no handle to hold the cup / mug, so try to imagine you need to hold the cup with hot water.

Great location, nice rooftop swimming pool with great view of the sea and sunset.

What else can l say. When l mention Aryaduta Bali standard which service quality n hospitality n products n service meets up for perfection to customers satisfaction. I get what I pay for as the saying goes. Even upgraded to a Premium Garden Room. It's 40m² in size n l fully use it for my tiktok content videos in the room. My spirit was lifted upon entering the grand tranquiled lobby n the pleasant scent from the air-conditioning infuse your soul. It's was aesthetically impeccably fidelity an almost perfect stay despite of the wet weather. Oh b4 i forget they provide their own oversized Aryaduta brand brolly in such weather. So l let u to imagine the next move...........

Nice hotel near the airport. Accessible to the market malls and restaurants. Service and cleanliness 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻staffs are all friendly. Recommended definitely will be back again to this hotel.
