Great hotel, can’t think of anything that’s not perfect. The service is excellent the breakfast was delicious and fresh. The room is very comfortable. Extremely convenient for people with disabilities.

its our second time staying this hotel as we enjoy the location and hotel breakfast.

We stayed for two nights at Element by Westin Ubud Bali. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. While the facilities were a bit dated, the warm service really made up for it. Breakfast was decent, though a bit underwhelming for a 5-star hotel.

Overall like

We loved the stay here and Ubud in general . Close to everything with a simple moto ride. But far enough to have a great rest at night. Awesome 🌆 Sunsets

The resort is so huge that if you stay in premium room you'd have to walk a long way. I booked two rooms for two nights. In the first night three mistakes happened: the balcony door can't be locked, a wrong elite members name was put in my room, and the bathroom door can't be opened. The last one is relatively dangerous as there's no emergency calls in the bathroom. Room was located in a far place no can barely be noticed. Luckily I traveled with family so someone could help me. Staffs are attentive they came to me at the breakfast providing an option to change to room. On the next day they kept following up with the needs. I would say everything was pleasant except for the security matters. It seems minor but could be possibly be a huge trouble. Hope they would improve.

I was assigned a room near the first-floor pool, but the sewer smell was strong, and there were a lot of ants. Although they quickly changed the room and were friendly, I also saw a very large cockroach. They should pay more attention to hygiene. Moreover, while moving my suitcase, it seems to have been dropped, as my new bag now has scratches all over it. Since I checked in late at night, I couldn't move to another place, but it was not a very pleasant experience.

Excellent service, friendly & warmth from every staff, from the front desk to the restaurant to the cleaners. They remembered your special events, anniversary and birthday, and they put their love ❤️ in every setup! We ❤️ you guys! God bless you all 🙌
