Great hotel, can’t think of anything that’s not perfect. The service is excellent the breakfast was delicious and fresh. The room is very comfortable. Extremely convenient for people with disabilities.

its our second time staying this hotel as we enjoy the location and hotel breakfast.

We stayed for two nights at Element by Westin Ubud Bali. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. While the facilities were a bit dated, the warm service really made up for it. Breakfast was decent, though a bit underwhelming for a 5-star hotel.

Overall like

One of the best hotel in Ubud. Very kind, clean, easy access to the palace, monkey forest, and also rice terrace. 100% satisfied.

We loved the stay here and Ubud in general . Close to everything with a simple moto ride. But far enough to have a great rest at night. Awesome 🌆 Sunsets

Friendly staff. Hotel is out of busyness of the city but yet provide shuttle service to the city. Love it will stay again soon

Still feel like newly opened hotel. Rather like a business type than a resort. Not big premises but Breakfast was good, the food has a variety of selection suitable both for asian & westerner taste.

Great Stay We had a great time at Element Ubud. The staff were super friendly and helpful, though some could improve their English a bit. Big shoutout to William at breakfast, he was super attentive, spoke great English, and totally got what we needed and more.

Very good trip. Would recommend definitely to anyone in Ubud

The resort is so huge that if you stay in premium room you'd have to walk a long way. I booked two rooms for two nights. In the first night three mistakes happened: the balcony door can't be locked, a wrong elite members name was put in my room, and the bathroom door can't be opened. The last one is relatively dangerous as there's no emergency calls in the bathroom. Room was located in a far place no can barely be noticed. Luckily I traveled with family so someone could help me. Staffs are attentive they came to me at the breakfast providing an option to change to room. On the next day they kept following up with the needs. I would say everything was pleasant except for the security matters. It seems minor but could be possibly be a huge trouble. Hope they would improve.
