We stayed for two nights at Element by Westin Ubud Bali. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. While the facilities were a bit dated, the warm service really made up for it. Breakfast was decent, though a bit underwhelming for a 5-star hotel.

We loved the stay here and Ubud in general . Close to everything with a simple moto ride. But far enough to have a great rest at night. Awesome 🌆 Sunsets

Friendly staff. Hotel is out of busyness of the city but yet provide shuttle service to the city. Love it will stay again soon

Still feel like newly opened hotel. Rather like a business type than a resort. Not big premises but Breakfast was good, the food has a variety of selection suitable both for asian & westerner taste.

Great Stay We had a great time at Element Ubud. The staff were super friendly and helpful, though some could improve their English a bit. Big shoutout to William at breakfast, he was super attentive, spoke great English, and totally got what we needed and more.

The resort is so huge that if you stay in premium room you'd have to walk a long way. I booked two rooms for two nights. In the first night three mistakes happened: the balcony door can't be locked, a wrong elite members name was put in my room, and the bathroom door can't be opened. The last one is relatively dangerous as there's no emergency calls in the bathroom. Room was located in a far place no can barely be noticed. Luckily I traveled with family so someone could help me. Staffs are attentive they came to me at the breakfast providing an option to change to room. On the next day they kept following up with the needs. I would say everything was pleasant except for the security matters. It seems minor but could be possibly be a huge trouble. Hope they would improve.

It was good staying there but it seems they were understaffed. It takes bit longer to get services.

I was assigned a room near the first-floor pool, but the sewer smell was strong, and there were a lot of ants. Although they quickly changed the room and were friendly, I also saw a very large cockroach. They should pay more attention to hygiene. Moreover, while moving my suitcase, it seems to have been dropped, as my new bag now has scratches all over it. Since I checked in late at night, I couldn't move to another place, but it was not a very pleasant experience.

Excellent service, friendly & warmth from every staff, from the front desk to the restaurant to the cleaners. They remembered your special events, anniversary and birthday, and they put their love ❤️ in every setup! We ❤️ you guys! God bless you all 🙌

It was an amazing experience to stay in Element. The services is top-notch. Will definitely stay again if I am back in Bali.

Location is about 8mim drive to downtown Unud and Yoga Barn. Room size decent but walls are thin and barely soundproof. Breakfast situation chaotic and has minimal food variety. Hotel has some tour groups in house which makes it a rowdy situation with guests making alot of noise in morning and nights. Room is spread across various blocks and maybe long walk from lobby to get to your room

Breakfast is not as good as expected. If u are not a big breakfast person. This is a nice hotel!

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Room was cleaned everyday and free bottled water provided daily. Breakfast options were also good!
