Zia Hotel Kuta recensioner

The services so good, clean hotel, good location which is near to foods, kuta beach, the staff so polite. Love to be here, but the rooftop swimming pool will close if raining will not open until tommorow.

Clean rooms with great facilities and a good buffet breakfast. What's not to like? Work out at the gym or head to the beach and shopping. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This hotel isn’t that clean, abit smelly and old rooms. Location is convenient to market, shops and near the beach. Nice hotel staff, need to improve amenities.

very nice hotel near Kuta beach. the location can be said to be ideal, close to all amenities, but at the same time you can not hear the noise from the busy streets. there are many cafes around, where you can eat inexpensively (not only restaurants, but there are family cafes), the beach is close and there is also a shopping center and supermarkets within walking distance. as for the hotel itself, it is very clean and has all the amenities. nice pleasant elevator, clean corridors,good wifi, there is a rooftop pool. in general, the roof is well equipped, it is pleasant to spend time there and a beautiful view of the city opens. lots of colors to decorate the rooftop lounge area. my room was standard, with a large comfortable bed. there was a daily cleaning service. the only drawback is the ants, there were a lot of moss from time to time, but one day they were apparently poisoned in my room. and stop crawling. but in general, according to my observations, ants are a common problem in Bali many places.

I highly recommend this hotel! I had a great stay with my mother. Everything was smooth and enjoyable, offering good value for the budget and the overall amenities provided.

Everything is great- central location, helpful staff, standard room. I had an excursion early in the morning, they provided me with the breakfast box that was really good. I can recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect just 5mints walk to the kuta beach... breakfast is average...if you compare to price its very cheap...the room is average.. pool view is perfect in rooftop...

the food not so bad. but everyday almost the same dishes . only watermelon and fried Banana . no other fruits. I don’t really like the same food for staying there 5 days.

Its near kuta beach and many kind of resto. The facilities is complete and the service was good too

OK for short stay

Hotel locations was good only cleaning was not good. Especially toilet doors were dirty.

The room had mosquitoes and I had to request insect spray twice. The amount of bed bugs and insects was horrifying, so I booked another hotel and left right away.  I only stayed there for 10 hours.

It has a very good geographical environment, it is very convenient to go everywhere, and it is very convenient to buy food and go shopping around.

I wanted to be close to the airport but still wanted to explore the area. the location is great, you can easily walk anywhere and feel safe. It is close to the beach and has many restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel was accommodating and served delicious food. The staff were helpful and were able to help arrange a driver to get me and my bicycle to the airport to catch my flight. This was extremely helpful. It was quite pleasant. The bathrooms were on par with most of the other places I've stayed at while in Indonesia.
