Excellent hotel! We were glad to stay there. The breakfast is very good, many dishes and fruits, egg station. The room is big, silent and clean, with nice bed. Baby crib was prepared, when we arrived. The territory is very green and tidy, pools are clean (there are 4 if them). Kids club is also there, but no nanny. There was also free tranfer to the Kecak Theater Nusa Dua, very convinient. But we were disappointed with beach club, because it is a lagoon, and there was so much rubbish in the water (maybe a couple of workers could clean it within 30 minutes having scoop nets and rakes). In this beach club there was a bar and nice local ladies offering best massage we tried in Bali. What we missed was a rack dryer, all the balkony was used to hang our swimming suites.

The hotel is very nice and beautiful,the pool is amazing,a lot of stores near by ,the beach is 15-20 min walk,I like the spacious room and a very big bathroom,will stay again ,highly recommend.😀😍

Hotel was old and smelled mold, Other than that, it was very spacious and we enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was not that great, not many options

Great stay with friendly and attentive staff. They seem to remember your room number. Came during the low season and the property is less busy as a result. Staff had more free space to serve guests. Room got upgraded too which was a nice touch. Breakfast was normal and don't expect much. Although the eggs station should satisfy your basic western breakfast style needs. The private beach club for hotel guests only and complimentary shuttle service to the beach club + bali collection are a plus. Will stay again if the price is right.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 days. I found the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok (not that great). The hotel was a bit out dated.

Small friendly comfortable hotel with great pools in lush gardens. Good size rooms. Best breakfast yet. Just outside the gated area, so still has Bali charm with enough good restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle to private beach in prime location. We will be back. Easy taxi ride to airport.

Overall average hotel, for this price point you can find better options. The rooms on the first floor are dark, not enough lighting. Wifi connection is poor. Breakfast is average. From hotel to the beach it’s 25 minutes walk, there is a shuttle bus but it works every 2 hours, not so convenient. Usually there is low tide after 2pm, water isn’t so clear.

A nice hotel, clean spacious deluxe garden room stay. Food was good , staff very courteous. Free beach shuttle daily. Lovely pools to swim and sunbathe. Nusa Dua is a nice quiet resort not a party place but some good restaurants. Massages galore to be had. Relaxing and enjoyable stay nothing detrimental to say about Grand Bali and would happily stay again.

Отличный отель,с просторными номерами в Балтийском стиле,красивый бассейн,территория небольшая,но ухоженная,дружелюбный и очень услужливый персонал)Завтраки стандартные,можно и обедать,ужинать,цена приемлемая.Пляж не далеко,если пройти через Novotel ,то вообще близко,но так же на пляж ходит каждые два часа трансфер.Пляжик симпатичный,но купаться невозможно из-за водорослей,нужно идти дальше по пляжу.Песочек на пляже светлый,вода красивая и море спокойное,можно плавать.В целом отель понравился и цена адекватная.

Отдыхали в данном отеле 5 дней. Все было прекрасно, убирались каждый день, бассейны чистые, персонал приветливый. Месторасположение хорошее, рядом есть магазины, рестораны, обменники, до океана возят на машине на свой собственный пляж, откуда можно прогуляться на другие пляжи.

Прекрасный отель. Дали два номера рядом, как и просили, при этом с видом на бассейн без доплат. Номера большие, есть все необходимое: фен, сейф, даже одноразовые зубные щетки и бритва. Вешалку для сушки белья принесли по запросу. Кондиционер работал хорошо и не дул на кровать! ! Бесплатный шатл до пляжа ходит по расписанию. Ехать 8 минут. На пляже бесплатные лежаки, душь, переодевалка, пляжные полотенца. Если выйти из гостиницы и пройти квартал налево попадаешь на улицу с магазинами и кафешками. К сожалению нам не предоставили поздний выезд, т.к. не было свободных номеров. Из минусов: деревянные двери в туалете пора бы заменить, но это мелочи, а вот отсутствие мегких матрасов на лежаках для меня был большим минусом, т.к. лежать на полотенце на лежаке из плетеного искусственного ротанга было не комфортно.
