Big spacious and clean rooms. Conveniently located near a lot of restaurants and busy seminyak streets. Would stay again.

Good for families. Rooms and facilities are clean. Room service comes daily and you can ask them to make up your room anytime you wish. Booked on trip.com but prices dropped about a week after my booking and I made a price match enquiry to customer service. Not sure if they have refunded me for the difference..

Really really awesome. So near to jln raya kerobokan that links to long stretch of shopping street cum eateries. Literally 2 mins walk from the hotel. There is also convenient store and a massage called Ki that is right opposite the hotel. Suoer awesome location.

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel from 26th Mar to 31st Mar in the premier room. We loved it! The room has a jacuzzi on the balcony and was huge! One observation we have is that there were not many insects so it’s fine to leave the balcony door open. The buffet breakfast that came with our booking was sumptuous, though it got a little monotonous by the 5th day! 😅 The staff were exceptional from the minute we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with smiles wherever we went. The location was also central, a short ride away from nice restaurants such as Happy Chappy, Hibiscus, Naughty Nuri & Boy’N’Cow. We were also close to popular locations such as Seminyak Beach & Potato Head! Given a chance, we will be back again!

I love this hotel as the location is convenient and easy to move around. many food around the hotel too. staff is friendly. only issue is maybe they should consider to allow 24hours access to gym will be great.
