В этом отеле чувствуешь себя по настоящему желанным гостем. Заботливый и внимательный персонал. Атмосфера и запахи в лобби восхитительны. Идеальная чистота. Отличное расположение. Потрясающие просторные номера с невероятным видом. Тишина, природа, красивый бассейн. Много приятных деталей которые делают отдых и пребывание комфортным. Прекрасный ресторан и спа с отличными ценами! РЕКОМЕНДУЮ 🫶

From the minute we arrived we felt very welcome. The staff are very friendly and happy. The room was clean and comfortable. Gardens are lush and manicured. The infinity pool overlooks a jungle valley descending to a fast flowing river. The whole environment is absolutely breathtaking and lends itself to great relaxation. Breakfast was included and very substantial. Food overall was fresh and delicious and prices very reasonable. Great cocktails too and a 2pm-5pm Happy Hour. Highly recommend this paradise and will be back.

Pros: - Brilliant staff who are extremely attentive and helpful - Beautiful surroundings and views from the hotel grounds and breakfast area - Lovely looking pool - Breakfast included in the price - Aircon in the rooms - Value for money when paying c. £40-£60 per night (I would not pay more for the reasons below) Cons: - There was an overwhelming smell of damp in our room on the second floor. Thankfully, we were moved to a suite room on the third floor for the night. We would have moved hotels if we were not moved because the smell was so bad - The rooms are very dated - The breakfast was average - we were reluctant to have it again on our second and last morning but needed fuel for the journey to our next destination - You have to preorder your breakfast the day before - Some of the juices are not fresh - The curtains are stained - There are cracks in the walls, the paint is flaking and there is mould throughout the hotel Overall, this hotel has the potential to be absolutely amazing but at present it is just average in my view. It requires an update throughout the main hotel.
