Hotel tua tp lumayan. Ada balcony untuk ngopi2 di luar. Jam 21:25 PM. Posisi gw lg tiduran. Tiba2 dr atas tangga terdengar orang turun dan buka pintu memakai kunci sampai terbuka dan terdengar suara "sorry..sorry" Gw ga liat orang nya langsung krn posisi ranjang terhalang tembok. Tp gw dengar dg jelas orang buka pintu dan bilang sorry. Sungguh sangat berbahaya. Apalagi gw cewek solo traveler. Semoga pihak hotel bs menangani dan jngn sampai kasus ini terulang

Nyaman banget dooong. Betah banget pokonya I love this hotel , aaah nyesel pas bsk nya mau pulang malah baru nemu hotel ini . Tau gitu dari awal datang ke bali lgs booking hotel ini. Next ke Bali lg , pasti cari hotel ini lagi pokonya 💕

I am a former U.S. boutique resort hotel GM so have high expectations. While the staff was great, as was the food, price was very affordable, TV and the channels offered was good, AC worked well. But...never could get shower water above barely warm. My room had a connecting door to the next room so heard more than I wanted. Wifi connection from my room was nonexistent but worked in the public areas. Great location

I have stayed for 6 nights, the hotel has convenient location if you enjoy watching the sunset this is perfect hotel 5 minutes walk to kuta beach and it surrounded with the restaurants, supermarket, spas, shops. Enjoy the walk around. The hotel has a beautiful Balinese traditional structure with garden view and the sound of the fountain so refreshing to wake up with. The room is nice with balcony and beautiful garden view just need to maintain the cleanliness of the room, the bed sheet as the furniture a bit old. The elevator is not available at this hotel if they allocate the room to higher floor it might be challenging. They have 2 floors. The hotel staff friendly and helpful just need to be a little bit of attentive with the request The breakfast is good but could be better to have more variety of food. Overall is good Hotel to stay. So good hotel everything was so near by especially after a long 9 hour flight this hotel was near airport and beach felt so relaxed and comfortable staffs where so friendly hotel was amazing definitely will visit again also so budget friendly

Despite the excellent service from the housekeeping team, I faced challenges with the receptionist, Ayu. When I requested a room change due to a broken air conditioner in room 303, Ayu asked me to wait 15 minutes to check its status. Even after waiting for over 20 minutes, the issue persisted, and Ayu insisted on extra charges for a room with a functioning air conditioner. Fortunately, a helpful manager intervened, understanding the situation and upgrading me to a room with a working air conditioner. Additionally, when I asked for a breakfast box before check-out, my request was overlooked, and on March 9, the breakfast service was not buffet-style as usual. Despite asking the server to refill the juice and bread toast, she refused and attempted to charge me extra.
