We've stayed here for 3 days now. The pool is what you can expect for this price, the rooms comes hand in hand. The problem is the service. I've worked in the service industri for 10 years. And, I know, that it is the details that makes the differnce. We were out for a few beers one night and bought some "cup noodles" or "pop mie" for late night snack after out dinner. As the most of you know, the hot water is always free at your hotel/hostel or mart where you buy the noodles. We came back to the hostel and since we have no chance to boil water in our room we kindly asked the staff in the reception/resturant to give us some hot water for the noodles. to our suprise: they wanted tro charge us for the hot water. It's not about the price, i'ts about the service. This made us really think about the total wiev of the place. How we have been treated since we arrived and what has really been the treat for us. Honestly, we are paying for the service. The least I except is some good manners and a helping hand... This is not directed to the "new girl" in red who asked for help. But the manager of the night. /// step up, and you could recive a decent 3+'
