Having stayed here many times, it's my "go to" near the airport and close to Kuta. The breakfasts are great, restaurant food good and available most of the time, pool fantastic and refreshing. I have never found it to be crowded. The only issue I experienced on this visit was that it took too long for my luggage to be brought to my room, despite a call to Reception. I finally physically returned to Reception to identify it. On this occasion, I booked the room at a very reasonable price simply before my evening flight after having been elsewhere in Bali. The machines in the hallway that dispense drinking water are very handy. One isn't limited. Drinking water is available at all times. I will return. Thank you.

Stayed for 3 nights. Location is abit far away from the beach. But they have a shuttle bus to mall and airport at 11am only. Room clean, WiFi ok and drinking water available just outside the room as there are drinking water dispenser. Fridge is abit weak but doable. Hot water shower is good Breakfast variety was so so. Not enough range and variety

The room is bright with simple decor, very good facilities and spacious. Will definitely come back. Staff are courteous & helpful. Location is in small street with many local eateries. Love the numerous water stations along the corridor to replenish drinking water, the hotel provides filtered still water.

Swiss-Belhotel Tuban boasts a convenient location near the city center, offering clean rooms and excellent public facilities. However, the rooms are not very soundproof; you can occasionally hear people walking past your door. At times, the doorbell from neighboring rooms might cause a bit of confusion.

Very near to airport , good for transit one day. Breakfast is good . Value for money.

Suitable for family

Hotel was about 10 minutes away from the Bali airport DPS. Room was clean and big. But breakfast was bad.

Been to Bali many times but it's my first time staying in this area. Can't deny this area is a bit crazy - lots of traffic and definitely not a tranquil district in Bali. However, Swiss Belhotel Tuban make it feels like you're isolated from the noise. I totally enjoyed my 3 nights stay here: Room - spacious, modern and very clean, have a beautiful city and a bit of sunset view from the balcony. Worth paying just a bit more to have a balcony with city view. Shower pressure fantastic. Have all the amenities you need. Staffs - From front desk to restaurant to pool to room attendants to security staffs at the entrance, everybody always smiling, polite and offer excellent service Pool - very clean and big, lots of sunbathing time, love it Buffet breakfast - lots of varieties to choose from and delicious, love the fresh turmeric juice they offer Area - busy area with traffic jam :( (not the hotel's fault) but also very convenient if you like to go shopping and the beach. Just a 10 - 13 mins walking distance to the beach and Discovery Mall. Lots of nice little restos and cheap warungs with yummy food nearby the hotel. Don't forget to try Warung Yuma (just go out the hotel, right hand side on the road, super close), cheap price with big portion, delicious local/ Chinese food. 100% recommend Swiss Belhotel Tuban if you want to stay in Kuta.

Stayed here for 2 weeks with family. The staff were amazing - very polite, accommodating and went above and beyond for us to have an enjoyable stay. Room service was very affordable and prompt. Housekeeping did an amazing job everyday. Our room was always spotless. There’s a shuttle that goes to Discovery Mall twice a day. Grab is also very accessible. We couldn’t use the gym much because the weights section had a lot of missing dumbbells. The bench was also risky to use because it was unstable. I would highly suggest in investing in proper weights and replacing/fixing the bench. The pool was big enough to accommodate multiple guests. There were also enough sun beds for everyone. The buffet breakfast was delicious everyday and there was even an eggs section where they cook it how you want it right in front of you.

Highly recommend this hotel to stay. They clean the room everyday and very comfortable to stay. Not far from airport and other places.
