I came to the hotel with Jl.Tol Bali Mandera road.It was a wonderful landscape.It is closer to the airport, and it's close to the airport, and it is close to the airport.It was good because swimming pool and disinfection was not good.Cho was great and delicious and restaurants were delicious.It was uncomfortable because there's been inconvenient to the road before the hotel

Stayed in a suite room for 4 nights. Breakfast at the hotel is very good. Unfortunately the hotel is not in a good location , in relation to eateries, shops and ability to walk around as the surroundings are not attractive at all. Housekeeping does not do a good job in cleaning especially inside the bathroom. Requested cleaning but results still the same. Hotel needs a lot of regular maintenance.

room is clean and adequate. no balcony though and feels a bit small for 28m2. breakfast was really good. location was not so great...but overall i qould recommend the place for budget stay.

When I arrived at this hotel, I was very dissatisfied when I took pictures because I lost my smart watch from the room, and the hotel staff didn't help me find it. The hotel manager told me that the camera facing the room door is not working. If you lose something more expensive, the staff didn't know who would be responsible. The taste of the food is poor. The floor is dirty. It's too bad for a four-star hotel. I can't sleep quietly doing maintenance all day. The pool is not cleaned at all. Please do not stay at this hotel

Great place to stay with an excellent restaurant offering delicious food. However, the fitness equipment could use some maintenance. Overall, still a fantastic spot!

They upgraded our room and it was good. Worth the price and their breakfast was amazing really satisfied. It was our birthday trip and we requested them to decor the room they charged us extra but it was worth.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel is a little bit old but well maintained, the room was spacious and the amenities are good. Few minors problem in the room during check in but was solved in no time by hotel team, the staff was great, friendly, helpful, informative and professional, shout out to Pak Yasa for his professionalism, one of the highlight during the stayed.

Very good hotel with friendly and professional staff. Location is between Kuta and Nusa dua on main road - so easy to travel . Room is in good condition and the pool is fine ,too. Can recommend for sure this hotel

Hotel is in middle of nowhere, very poor rooms with lizards coming inside the room thru the gaps in the doors. Poor breakfast. Constant problems with the towels. Dirty pool. Staff just seem not to care. Do not recommend this hotel.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! The room I stayed in had a great view of the pool. Just a side note to those traveling in from overseas to bring a power socket that can be used here in Indonesia.
