Villa Jempana Kintamani recensioner

The Villa is a well priced stay in a lovely location. There are a lot of steps into the villa and within the villa. The pool was lovely and had a warm pipe going into it. The rooms were spacious and clean. We booked 4 of the villas to accommodate 7 children and 6 adults. The staff were great at helping to organise additional beds as needed so cousins could share rooms. One of the rooms had a front door that didn't close very well but the two inner doors were very secure and lockable so this wasn't a big deal. On arrival there were a number of staff to carry our bags up the steps and into the correct rooms once we worked out who was staying in which rooms. The check in instructions are to let the staff know when you are planning to arrive and they will give you a whatsapp number to contact. The short road in is very steep and skinny. The Villa will offer to pick guests up at the main road. This is a pretty easy thing to organise. You need an experienced driver to get in and out here. They had complimentary shuttle service to the hot springs which we used. We went to the smaller slightly older one. It was nice and quiet. Across at the new hot springs the music was playing loud and the swim up bar was full. One of our travellers caught a gastro bug the day we were due to leave. At no charge one of the staff took me to the pharmacy and when that was shut, the hospital to get some anti nausea ***** so he could travel. The food was very nice. We loved the banana peanut butter smoothies! So good. Negatives: Yes the flies are very friendly. If you have ever travelled in outback Australia this won't be a problem. Just sit under the fans for dinner and shut your doors. The view and location make up for the inconvenience of the flies. Staff do their best to manage this.
