The room was absolutely perfect , spacious, beautifully appointed & the bed & pillows were incredibly comfortable/ ensuring a good nights sleep every single night. There were so many wonderful touch points, such as -daily replenished healthy snacks, and gut replenishing / hydrating beverages - the information box explaining the trees, The flowers, plus the wildlife around the property - the Nocturno experiences each evening to enhance our night time routine - the preselected meals to take the thinking & Decision making out of it, with every meal. - the personalised journal with the outline of each days schedule , mindfulness tips, quotes & recipes . All made Revivo a standout experience. Well done!

This is my second time on this amazing retreat,and for good reason!! Everything is so well thought and crafted so individually that you feel they have been waiting just for you alone. The staff is truly friendly ,they treat you with kindness and compassion and the accommodation is superb, fluffy pillows, beautiful room and garden bed, and several pools to choose from. The training program is designed carefully so you get to enjoy, laugh ,work hard or meditate and learn to listen to your body and reconnect with your feelings . And the cherry on the top is the delicious food that they prepare with all the care, it's healthy and full of flavours , a feast for the eyes and the palate. I am super grateful for the opportunity that I had to return to this blissful place,my body,and my soul have been renewed and refreshed

Was really looking forward to this hotel as many friends raved about it. All around it's fine as a product marketed as wellness retreats, but lots of room for improvement for the price point it charges: 1. Property is much simpler and smaller than I thought, not good/bad, just different importance to different people. 2. I was first allocated to villa 3, which is closest to reception and restaurant, but compromises on thus noise levels. That villa is also quite dark given joglo roof, with noises from nearby Peninsula running events until 11pm, which affected ability to sleep. The bath is also outdoors, which practically it's harder to use at night due to bugs, and the overall outdoor area was poorly kept (grass barely cut, unruly leaves, bugs in bathtub). Once I got moved to villa 9, the overall upkeep was much better as it likely was a newer wing. Villa 3 also had a toilet that barely flushed, and cabinets that would fall apart when you opened the drawer doors underneath sink. 3. Same goes for the lack of polish in general pool and plunge pool areas - tend to be filled with bugs, especially in the latter, may I suggest at the least to put a basket of nets so guests can scoop out creepy crawlies before going into the plunge pools? Pool towels often smelled muggy (both by pool and in changing room). General pool chairs also saw loads of bug/bird related decrements, which made it a bit uncomfortable, even if you laid a pool tower to cover up (again for this price point...) 4. Had to nudge a few times for outstanding items to be resolved via Whatsapp/email with guest relations team, before arrival. Premise is to come to a site like this to relax, so I expected more seamless and thoughtful guest communications without adding extra work to us. What they were great at: 1. Delicious healthy food 2. Huge variety of wellness and beauty activities 3. PEMF treatment was so effective, it got rid of some of my chronic pain; Rebalance was also extremely powerful for relaxing the mind. 4. Due to only 22 rooms on campus, indeed it was very quiet and peaceful, which is true luxury! All around an OK stay but not quite worth its hype. A few years too old is how it felt.

If you want a truly relaxing, detoxing and calm, environment to replenish yourself, then this is the place to go. This is the type of resort that forces you to unwind. There are two huge pools plus a steam sauna, an infra red sauna, two spas, and a hot and cold plunge. The daily classes were so beautifully run by gorgeous people, like Sofia our yoga instructor whose presence alone makes you feel safe and relaxed. We booked all of our classes before we went. The food is some of the best we have ever eaten, all freshly and nutritionally prepared with love from the kitchen and served by the joyful staff, each who took the time to get to know us. We tried every single thing on the menu over the time we were there. You won’t find anything deep fried on the menu here and certainly no Bintangs! Our favourite drink was the Rambutan cocktail. As the resort is designed for wellness, the beds are designed for comfort and honestly is some of the best sleep I have had on holiday. The rooms are huge with plenty of space for hanging your clothes, and a vanity each. The day spa treatments we had each day were the cherry on top. Try the Signagure massage. You will leave Revivo floating if you go there with the intention to unwind. I will be back!
