It's a place to relax and unwind. Very nice pools, lawns and even with your own black sandy beach.

A nice place to stay and to refresh our mind. It is like a hidden gem in Bali. So beautiful and peaceful. Staff are amazing and very professional. A good venue for event such as wedding as well.

Location is out of the common tourist area in Bali, being right across Bali Safari. It is about 15 minutes away from Sunsri Jewelry House and Bali Bird Park, which were our fave destination. Black sand beach has strong wave so it isnt for leisure. You can only see but you shouldnt go there to play. We had a great stay, thanks to the friendly resto team (there is only 1 resto) and the lovely breakfast (you can order waffle or pancake, which isnt displayed in buffet spread) They are rebranding, recently managed by iHG. Still have renovation ongoing. Room smell a bit moldy due to the wooden bathroom door, hopefully they will replace & solve that soon.

Enjoyable stay . Had high tea as part of the package. Good price from trip . Enjoyed the pool as it was empty and we were the only guests at the pool . Breakfast spread was good . Beautiful black sand beach

This hotel was perfect for my first trip to Bali. I personally prefer a more isolated and quiet environment that is away from the hustle and bustle of other parts of Bali like Ubud. Also, the price I felt was quite reasonable given that the hotel offered a large infinity pool and a great view of the Luwih beach, which look great on camera. The rooms were quite nice and the colonial architecture was also a standout feature. The only problem i would say is that it is indeed far away from most other parts of the island, including the airport, and if you prefer to walk around and explore on your own it will be difficult to do so from this hotel (although there is a beach nearby, it is not one of Bali's more famous ones). This was not a problem for me basically because for this trip I mostly just wanted to relax. Also the staff at the hotel are nice and speak pretty good English.

The hotel is amazing and the stuff also , always smiling and at our needs. The hotel is very clean and the swimming pool is incredible

Good Place to Stacation

Nice and clean. Not that much traveller (which is good) near to Bali Safari. Bicycle available. Nice swimming pool. No place if you want to sit around the pool or get tanned. Very unique place to me. Nice ocean view and currently in renovations.

Peaceful environment

A remotely located hotel but it’s worth staying for couples and family. Beautiful hotel and the pool is heated. The hotel captures an amazing sunset and the private beach is black volcanic sand! Wonderful time there and the staffs are helpful and welcoming. Anywhere else have to get Pte hire or taxi which is easily available and cheap. That’s all

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, staffs were attentive, and the view from the hotel lobby was just grand. Will def go back there!
