The staff are super helpful and friendly, but there was a lack of communication between the booking app and the hotel which led me to receive a room in which I didn't want and the one that I thought that I was getting were all booked out. I was disappointed and they overcharged me, but managed to receive 50 percent back which I was happy with. Regardless of all that, everyone there was super nice and helpful.

Restaurants, marts, massage shops are around, 1km+ walk from Ubud Art Market and there are tons of things to see and buy along the way. The room is quiet at night. However the room we stayed in is different from the first few photos as uploaded by the host, hence I'm disappointed in this.

標準間是在二樓，有冰箱，但大多沒廚房，一樓的要新很多叫豪華房，有廚房，冰箱、網絡都挺好，但來峇裏島特別是商業區域想住同一家酒店最好是提前預訂，減少了你整天換房間的煩惱，我是臨時決定在烏布住的比較多天，所以衹能一天兩天的定酒店，行李多的情況下很費時間，也累，這個酒店整體不錯的，很安靜，除了星級酒店之外沒有什麼隔音可言，畢竟很多是木屋木頂，但不會吵，晚上都比較安靜（酒吧周邊除外）

위치빼고 모든게 최악임! 직원들은 엑스트라 베드 가격을 200k루피아라고 거짓말함! 트립닷컴 규저믈 보여주며 100k루피아가 맞다고하니 예약을 미리 안하면 그렇다고 계속 같은 소리만 반복해서 사장과 얘기하고 싶다하니 사장없다고함! 화장실은 제대로 작동되는게 없음!

Good location next door of yoga barn,nice and clean room, and friendly staff, cozy place nice garden and delicioys breakfast, staff 24 hours in hotel .. only 5 minute walk to Ubud center and near famus restaurant and supermarket just 1 minute walk from hotel..

Roomy bedroom, spacious bathroom and equipped kitchen with beautiful minimalist architecture. This place is perfect for mini healing gateaway, especially for long stay. With considerably strategic location, near the infamous yoga barn and the iconic ubud monkey forest. The accommodation also adjacent with eye catching cafe and restaurant. Definitely exceed our expectation !

Good room and bathroom Great location, near several restaurants, Monkey Forest and Ubud Market Simple breakfast but good. They arranged our Volcano Trekking so if you wanna go, you can talk with the recepcionist

Wrote three emails asking about airport transportation. No reply. My flight got cancelled the day of so wrote again about postponing (directly to email and through booking site). No reply. Finally made it to Bali at a later time and stopped by this place and receptionist was kind but of no help, said it was all “marketing” dept job. Gave me the number of someone who just rudely stated that “cancellation policy applied.” No remark on his hotels lack of response at any point. It’s a shame because it’s a good location but there are dozens of other hotels at this price point in this same area with MUCH better service. Go somewhere else is my advice.

I booked Yarama Cottages on 6 Jul for a stay in September via Airbnb. Someone who identified by Ayu was very quick to ask me if I need airport pickup on 7 Jul with the usual greetings etc. Seeing the reviews here and multiple postings seemingly all over the place on Airbnb, I then ask them if I will be getting the same room as pictured on Airbnb or something else. I checked in again on 9, then 19. Radio silence. Unfortunately, I've passed the 48 hours of booking, so I may need to forfeit 50% of the cost should I cancel now. Am checking with Airbnb on the process. It's just too dodgy a process for me to feel comfortable continuing my reservations with them. Will update again if they do reply.
