We came here with an 11 month old, for the playground and the space. We wanted to be away from Canggu so we could relax with our baby. We moved 3 times because they never clean the floors, never mop, never dust and when I asked for a vacuum cleaner they brought a broken one they didn’t know how to turn on. So, 3 different rooms, all insanely dirty and noisy. They kept changing the bed sheets because they were so dirty! The staff looked embarrassed, but they had nothing better. Ants were literally running around on the bed. The mattress is infested with bugs and all kinds of insects. I pulled the sheets only to find hair and more dust. The linens are dirty, stained, and have a moldy smell. We get bit by all kinds of stuff at night. Our skins feel itchy all the time. I had to put my son to sleep in his stroller. I had to yell to get someone to clean our room. The bath tub can’t be used because it’s disgusting. The NOISE!!! It feels as if you’re sleeping on the highway!!! The manager Juni will hear your complaint, apologize and will pretend to work with you to get your money back, the website we made the reservation on contacted her and/or the owner and these crooks refused to refund anything. Even though we have disgusting photos as proof. This place is in ruins. It’s impossible to sleep in it. And you’re better off anywhere else.
