Amazing~ view and facilities Everything is perfect for family trip

Wow, I like the resort so much! Very far from hustle and bustle of Ubud, in jungles! The territory of the hotel is huge and includes tracking routes, small farm with animals, fruit garden, archery, pool and even mountain river! Breakfast was good enough, big choice of food. However not so much meat is available (even no meat, only sausages and ham…) The infinity pool is gorgeous, big and clean. The water temperature is also very comfortable

Great hotel, great services, the staffs are super friendly. Love the outdoor activities. We truly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back in the future.

Nice place for Yoga and Sport activities without worrying your kids. The kids well taking care at the kid playroom and they're happy with the video games, art n craft, fishing and animal feedings.

This has to be the most kid friendly resort we have been to. And I am so glad that we chose this hotel because my son had the best time here. We stayed for 3 nights and had utilised all their free activities. Kids club were open from 10am - 7pm everyday. Kids were occupied with many activities throughout the day and it felt like I was sending my son to kindergarten in the morning. The staff in the kids club were so warm and welcoming and really good with children as they have young children themselves which I think this helps alot! Adults had free yoga class archery golf bike riding throughout the day. The infinity pool was second to none and we spent most of our days there if we weren doing activities. Happy hour was from 3-5pm. The staff were super attentive and helpful with everything we needed. The room service had so much selections and their pricing was super affordable. The spa was also good pricing, I had a 2hr massage and facial for only 140 aud. The hotel is well maintained and cleaners constantly doing their job. Overall we had nothing bad to say about this resort. We would definitely be back when our son is abit older. Thank you Padma 🙏

Check in was good, room was spacious, beautiful view from the hotel. It is a bit far from Ubud. The main issue is service - some staff needs training (in restaurants). If you make a mistake, you can correct it and not just make a face at your guest. Check in and check out staff is very attentive. Breakfast is ok.

Best hotel. Very clean kind Far from city center but it is worthy. Swimming pool is warm. It is like a heaven

Wonderful experience! Service was immaculate and management had a very good eye to detail. Jodi was great at teaching archery! My friend got diarrhea (from eating the food outside of the hotel) and there was an in house nurse who prescribed medicine on the spot the staff prepared a bouquet of flowers wishing her a speedy recovery.

Exceptional facilites and friendly staff. Infinity pool is incredible with views of the valley. Great program for kids and tons of outdoor activities for adults. Definitely will go again.

Extremely poor customer service with very little empathy. Would avoid and would certainly never book again
