Here's a detailed review of my stay: Location & Transportation: The hotel's location is strategic, with easy walking access to the bustling commercial street, offering a plethora of dining and shopping options. Despite being somewhat hidden down a lane, the staff provides a warm welcome at the entrance and offers a shuttle service to ensure guests arrive comfortably. Service & Amenities: 1. Check-in Experience: The one-on-one reception service during check-in was impeccable, including welcome drinks, energy balls, a kettle, and an eco-friendly bag as welcome gifts. The rooms are bright and immaculately clean, with a strong emphasis on eco-friendliness, evident in items like the eco-paper tissue box and reusable water bottles. 2. Room Facilities: The rooms are compact yet modern, featuring a comfortable wooden soaking tub and DIY cocktail-making facilities, including ice cubes and various mixers. Additionally, the rooms are stocked with sunscreen, aloe vera gel, and hand-ground coffee tools, showcasing the hotel's attention to detail. 3. Entertainment & Activities: The hotel boasts facilities such as an infinity pool, gym, and library, all accessible to guests for free. Regular events like music festivals and yoga sessions further enrich the stay. Dining & Cuisine: The hotel houses multiple restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, including Indonesian, Italian, and Western dishes. The hotel was amazing. Everything was great. Food, location, friendliness.BUUUUTTTT‼️‼️‼️‼️ Until the moment when I checked out of the hotel and the staff just stood and looked at me as I was carrying a suitcase. My boyfriend gave a lot of money to the staff to take care of me when he was not there. But nobody cares. Then someone decided to help me, and as soon as he took my suitcase, he dropped it, there were my AirPods . Which don’t work anymore! They are spoiled! The manager should have contacted me. It’s been three days! Where is the response ?

While the overall experience was pleasant with excellent service, especially the convenient buggy rides to and from the hotel, the breakfast was a letdown. Despite arriving at 9am (well within the 11am window), there were no seats available, and we were seated in the public area. This made it difficult to enjoy the buffet, which was disappointing. However, aside from the breakfast issue, the rest of the stay was smooth and enjoyable.

The room is average, but the location is very convenient... It's easy to get anywhere, and the breakfast is delicious.

One of the best resorts we ever stayed in , the service was amazing, all employees without exception were friendly, helpful and welcoming during our four day stay, the suites were spacious without anything missing, many restaurants and nice beach bar , great breakfast, will definitely return to this place

The beach club was really nice and the staff were very helpful with booking body massages.

The overall of the hotel and stay experience was really good and I kind of enjoy my stay. Check in was great staff, housekeeping to room service almost everyone in the resort were nice. However for beach bar I beg a difference. As an experience hotelier myself I could feel that there is a difference on how they treat foreigners who are white skin and yellow skin from Asia like myself. However I want to make it a point that not all yellow skin are from China, there are people with yellow skin from other parts of of the world example me from Singapore. As a hotelier myself , I feel that every guest is an important guest.

Amazing hotel amazing beach club. Food and drinks were all delicious. Lovely sunset lovely pools lovely service. Highly recommended!

Great location

Service was very good. The beach and the pool were the best places to relax, enjoying the scenery. The dome was also a good space to enjoy breakfast. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Amazing place Love the beach club

The hotel is located in a great location, near the places we wanted to visit during our trip. The staff were friendly and hospitable, making the check-in, check-out processes and everything in between so easy! 👍🏻 I only stayed for a night and didn’t get a chance to explore too much, to no fault of the hotel. But from what I have seen, it’s nice.
