THE HOTEL STEALS THINGS, AND THE STAFF COVERS UP FOR THE THIEVES, SEEING THE SURVEILLANCE FOOTAGE On the first night, the guests in the next room stole two expensive swimming costumes worth 50k that I bought for my wife for her wedding trip. From the cameras (!!!!) found the thief, it was a drunk woman and she put the items on, stained with cigarette ash and damaged, stretched the fabric and trampled it with her shoes. The next morning planted the stuff back ON THE FLOOR under our room door. The hotel says it's our problem and will not do or solve anything on their part. There's a video of the theft, there's a recording of a conversation in which a guest confirms that he did it. On all our questions the hotel says that sort it out yourself. Moreover, it directly sent us and sided with this woman. All day they promised to solve the situation and in the evening before our eviction threw out such pranks. This is not an adequate attitude to the guests and to the authority of the face of the hotel from the word COULD. They have documents in ONE EXAMPLE where it says that they are not responsible for the property, but I do not have a copy of this agreement! When asked to read the paper version, the staff began to snatch the documents out of our hands and did not even allow us to take a photo. For two days we were stupidly frozen by the staff and in the end they said that they will not participate here at all and decide YOURSELF. And the fact that I'm not going to break into someone else's room in someone else's hotel, I don't even know the name of this thief, she runs off on a bike from the morning and at night is covered up by the hotel staff so she won't be disturbed. AMORAL In the video you can hear and see how we are treated by the staff.
