we were told that the room we booked was full, then I was given a free upgrade to a suite room, where this suite has a bath up on the balcony which is perfect for my special child who loves to soak in water. The first time I chose this hotel because there is a children's pool, and access to the beach is only across the street. only one small thing that is unfortunate is when my child was playing in the water in the children's pool, there was a guest who felt disturbed by the splash of water because she was leaning close to the children's pool. I can't tell her straight away that my child is special and very happy to see the water, especially when he is in the pool. The next day we chose to play in the water in the bathtub that has been provided in the room. Thank you for everything and we will come back again.

Nice place with near the sea of Jimbaran Beach, just cross a road in front of the hotel. Breakfast is variety. The room is vey clean. The hotel also has a welcome drink for us.

catastrophic! horrible mentality of the management, which does not reflect Balinese hospitality. crooks, in bad faith! thieves! run away!

staff was very friendly. room is needed a renovation. all dishes on the breakfast must be covered with something against flies.

The best customer service I've ever experienced. Everyone at the hotel is friendly and helpful. There are two restaurants at the hotel, the rooftop restaurant/bar serves really delicious food. There is a gorgeous spa where you can get different treatments and massages. There is an amazing spot where you can watch the sunset. The pool has it's own little bar so you can have a cocktail in the pool. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel and the beach is across the street from the hotel. The rooms at the hotel are really clean, it's better to get a room with a balcony so that you are able to dry your swimsuit and towels etc. This is a really good choice for a holiday in Bali. I would definitely come back here.

It was really warm service from all the staff. Their service really good. The hotel location just near by the beach but quite far to the travel area. Never mind, just recommend to rent a motorbike and you could easily travel everywhere.

The room had stains on the floor and the shower was leaking. On the first day, we had to have them replace the shower head. There was no drying line in the shower, so it was hard to dry clothes when you go swimming. We asked them to clean the room 4 times, but even after coming back at 4pm, they still hadn't done it. The only nice thing was the breakfast and the pool. It was far from the city proper, so it's better to get a different hotel nearer to all the nice restaurants (better to stay near Les Meridien or 4 seasons). It was an awful experience in total.

Great option for a night before an early flight. Good service and room. Massage was amazing but was initially sold out until someone cancelled

Our rooms were clean and immaculate! The staff were so nice and even prepared birthday card for my family member. Special thanks to Aditya who went above and beyond in making our stay enjoyable!

On the check in, the door was broken, next day I was moved to another room that had broken kettle and bed was all cover by some flying insects (side table, bed, pillows) there were so many of them that I had to change to the third room in first 24 hrs. Room service tried to kill as many as they could and wanted to change bed sheets- but what istye use, so had to move. There was a lotofoacking and unpacking… tiring experience. The third one had ants 🤦🏻♀️ Abd kettle was only working when you switched on a particular light switch in the room. It wasn't turning off oncewater is boiled - u have to do it manually… not to mention that every day in the afternoon until morning internet was not working at all. And every time i ask something from the hotel I had to wait long time. For example iron i waited for 1hr…

Friendly and welcoming staff. What I like was they listen to their guests and help them according.

It was almost perfect staycation when they prepared to check their aircon maintenance coz we waited for an hour when we all wanted is to rest after a long day activity after checking in, other than that staff are kind and approachable, a lot of food varieties ,which it was good ,near by the beach and seafood restaurants. Overall we enjoyed staying around BALI 🫶🏻 probably coming back but need to inform them beforehand 🙏
