Very good location near beach clubs In addition, there were so many perks like discounts on spending at atlas and free entry, also even free entry to savaya all the way at uluwatu, we were so surprised (and so worth) The room was spacious and comfortable The staff were very friendly and helpful too

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I stayed at Swarga for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were very accommodating, and I really liked the amenities and relaxing ambience throughout the hotel. We booked a poolside room, which was literally just steps away from the pool—perfect for quick dips anytime. There was also a comfy chair outside our room, great for lounging and enjoying the view. The food was good, with a wide variety of options for vegetarians, vegans, and meat eaters. The hotel also offers easy access to the beach and Atlas Beach Club, which made our stay even better. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely love to stay here again.

Great location with direct private access to the beach. Beautiful views if you book an ocean facing room. All of the facilities and amenities are very modern and first class. Service is warm and highly professional. Restaurant is of a very high quality, the bar upstairs offers a great ocean view with your drinks. There are beach clubs nearby, but I found the room to be sound-proofed well, I didn't have a noise problem. Overall the hotel offers a very modern, professional 5 star experience.

If you enjoy strolling around beach clubs, this hotel is a great option, it’s just a quick walk to Atlas Beach Club, and they offer free entry for guests. The service and facilities are excellent, with a private beach and solid breakfast included. Just one thing to note: traffic getting there can be a hassle. I had a hard time reaching the hotel because the traffic was crazy jammed. Apart from that, everything was lovely and totally worth the price.

I'm not sure whether I'm just purely unlucky or what, but here is my story: Initially, when I checked in to the hotel everything was normal - the bellman was offering to get my bags, which I let them handle.. The check in process was also okay, and I was offered a welcome drink while waiting for the room access card. Then, the concierge, who handled the check in, brought me to the room. First trouble happened - the access card didn't work! She had to go back to get the "master access card" to unlock the door. So, I told her to get my access key rectified. We were waiting in the bedroom for quite a long time and they didn't send my luggages! Honestly, I never had such kind of experience before, so I was quite disappointed with the slow service. My wife had to call to the concierge to have it delivered to the room. Had I known it would take so long, I would have carried the bags myself. After unpacking some stuffs from the bags, we went out of the room. Third trouble happened - the door had some problem to be closed. I had to slam the door to get it closed. And you know what? The access key was still not working! My wife had to go to the concierge to collect new access key and told them to fix the door. They provided afternoon tea and snacks daily, and 2 bottles of free beers every night -- which is very nice of them. On my third day, the access key suddenly refused to work again! Their reason: the card has a life of 1week and it will expire afterwards. Does that mean the card that they passed me only has a remaining of 2 days to stay active, while I was actually staying for 3 nights!? That's just unbelievable! They should make sure those cards remain active for the proper duration of my stay! On the third night, my wife spotted a lizard (in the upper room) - and she had trouble sleeping that night because she has a phobia of lizard. Aside from the above-mentioned problems, the staffs in the hotel are quite helpful..

Great location. Room was spacious, clean and nice! Was pleasantly surprised with the free beer, high tea and entry to Atlas beach club. Breakfast has nice variety and tasted great! The only part that was a bit disappointing was the description of the room of being “sea view room” was a bit misleading. It should be stated as partial sea view. You need to step on to the balcony and peek out of the ledge to get the view. The first “sea view room” we got was on the same floor as the pool and it was completely blocked by beams and structure eventhough we were outside our room.

Everything was lovely however they really need a bar fridge in the room. They have a ‘cool’ box that isn’t even close to cold. Love the hotel, the rooms and location. Thanks

Great stay at Swaga and good location.

Best location in Berawa, especially the rooms with the Ocean view. Amazing sunset to admire from the beach. Great breakfast with buffet and a la carte, including a vegan menu. There's a slightly construction now, which can sometimes be noisy, but probably will finish soon.

Satisfied with the hotel facilities and location. Breakfast was not good.

The room itself was very nice. We booked an ocean-view room, but we got a room by the pool instead, which is apparently an upgrade. We also tried the spa, which was really nice but extremely hard to find because the signs are quite difficult to follow. Two things I think could be better. 1. staff training for the restaurant - They provide a discount voucher where if you spend 400k IDR, you will receive a 50k discount. I asked the waitress to please check how much our bill was so we could reach the minimum spending to use the discount, and the staff acknowledged the request but continued to stand by the counter to talk to each other. I asked again, with another staff, and the same thing happened. In the end, nobody gave me an answer, so I just ordered more to make sure we reached the minimum. Mind you, we were the only table at the restaurant at that time, so they were not busy with anything. 2. We ordered some food to eat at the table outside our room (our balcony), which is by the poolside. Once we were done, I asked a staff to take it away so it wouldn't attract flies, and frankly, it didn't look good for other guests walking past our room as well because our room was right at the entrance. They came and only cleaned the tea set, and left without completely clearing the table and the 2 bags of rubbish on the floor which I already wrapped up to make sure it's easy.

A wonderful stay, excellent location, great staff.. Easily access to beach and pool is huge! Breakfast has a wide variety and changes every morning. Got given a small afternoon snack voucher during our stay, valid between 4-6pm and also a couple of beer vouchers daily! Can hear loud music from the beach clubs late at night but was diluted and non existent when we watched tv and/or because our own kids are naturally loud lol! Fireworks common too, loved it! We stayed in the family room, plenty of space and generous free minibar items. We are 2 adults and 3 children, was perfect for us. Highly recommended to stay here in Canggu! The hotel’s best part was the location. It was close to Atlas and Finns beach clubs. Room size was big and bed was good size. Breakfast buffet was not great. We saw many mosquitoes and flies on the fruits and salad section and none was the staff was paying attention to it.
