Hotel Komune and Beach Club Bali recensioner

Amazing place, peaceful and relaxing environment away from the busier areas of the island. Staff super friendly and helpful, large selection of good reasonably priced food. Lots of healthy options too. Gym is excellent and has everything.

The hotel, room, restaurant and staff were all top notch. This hotel is great for couples or solo travelers looking to enjoy your holiday away from the hustle and bustle. This location unlike most in Bali is very health conscious. They have gone above and beyond for those looking for yoga, gym, healthy eating options and relaxation. For example there's a "Shots Bar" which to my surprise sells freshly made energy booster shots, not alcohol haha. The only downside of the hotel is it's location, there's nothing within walking distance that offers high end food or bars for a night out. You'll need to rent a scooter (very easy just at the entrance of the hotel) or arrange a driver if you'd like to go shopping, have a drink or get some different cuisines not offered at the hotel.

A good place to stay with great amenities (a proper gym, yoga studio, spa, movie nights, on premises tour operator, scooter rental, etc). The infinity pool is relatively small and generally full of kids. Adults only pool is nice and quiet. Restaurant is ok, live music for dinner. There are some great warung options around

Beautiful location and people are lovely. Was a bit annoyed when we booked in to find our room had 2 single bed not a king bed that I had asked for. Towel arrangement was fantastic

Don’t select this room type. Its waste of money. You can’t see ocean at all. Private pools are not private! There is no separation of pools between rooms. Washrooms don’t have hand shower

Room was very small and open bathroom ia not practical trqvelling with friends. Not enough places to charge electronics. Also noisy from kids in the morning. Towels provided are very limited. Pools and spa are nice. Service at restaurant at beach and beach club is not good. Very hard to get attnetion of staff and food alow to arrive.

amazing place, top spot for surf and the pools and amenities are mega. you have two restaurants, one for veggies...unbeatable. staff are super friendly always. highly recommended and pretty affordable prices for Bali. victor.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Komune. My partner took his surfboard and was very pleased to catch some early morning waves before we left. We only stayed for one night which was a shame as we were unable to make the most of the amenities. We would love to come back to Hotel Komune in the future! The staff were absolutely wonderful and always greeted us with a smile :)

Disappointed. I totally didn’t enjoy my trip. This will be the first and the last time I choose to stay here.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Komune and Beach Club Bali. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were all delightful. The room was clean, very comfortable, and the facilities are amazing.

Great place to spend a few days with kids. Great pool for everyone and the surfers in the family can easily grab some waves throughout the day. Try to get an ocean view room, they are newer and much nicer than the other rooms. I do wish the food was a little better; the kitchen & management need to step up the quality of food to be fresher and more natural. They haven't had Acai bowls in months (which is on their menu)...Acai bowls and other smoothie bowls are served all around Bali so they are easy to do.

Great hotel. Lovely staff. Location was excellent in relation the the surf. Not much to do outside of the confines of the hotel - no restaurants, bars, money changers, etc. nearby so please note you will be eating and drinking everything at the hotel unless you take a taxi away from the hotel. Having said that, we couldn’t fault the food and service here. Beach is lovely but swimming largely not possible because of the sharp coral reef, big surf and very strong currents. This is a famous wave location for surfers and you will not be able to take yourself or your kids into the sea for a swim here unless you are planning to surf and are at least at an intermediate, preferably advanced, level of surfing.
