New Sunari Lovina Beach Resort recensioner

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. First of all, the location is extremely convenient, close to the city center and major attractions, making it easy to get around. The room was clean, modernly decorated, well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable, making it feel just like home. The staff were very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any needs. The breakfast had a great variety, and everything tasted wonderful, providing a great start to the day. The only minor issue was that the room’s soundproofing could be improved a bit, but overall, it didn’t affect the experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again next time

Very comfortable room and suitable place to stay if you plan to visit Dolphin tour the next day. The hotel is just at the beach side, so you can walk to the beach from the hotel. This hotel do provide laundry and motorcycle rental services(50k per day)as well. Overall it’s very chill and nice place to stay! Highly recommended!!! Btw, you can get a more cheaper laundry service at Bintang laundry lovina (they even open on Sunday, close at 6pm)and cheaper shuttle service provided at Lovina Oasis Hotel.

Love all the hospitality in here!! Quite and peaceful. Resort direct private beach. Staffs are friendly. The rate relatively superrrr worth it!! However makesure to have your own transportation as Grab cant come to fetch you within resort area (im confused bout the reason explained by receptionist but yeah it is what it is).

There are too many flaws about this hotel, apart from good attitude from hotel staff the rest are awful. Issues like room door is with very old handle, mosquito in the room, cleanliness is bad, towel too old and musty, amenities very low quality, bathtub so old and dirty, no shower curtain, shower hose is loosen, dirty exhaust fan in bathroom, dirty sofa, old linen and beach is dirty and seems no effort from the hotel management to clean up the beach area even when it is a small area

My daughter and I stayed here for 6 nights we loved it. The staff were always there when we needed something, the food was delicious, the room was clean, they had new dishes at the breakfast buffet most mornings, the two pools were clean and well looked after as were the grounds. We were right on the beach, close to restaurants one street north away (one on the premises as well). You can go see the dolphins from right in front of the hotel. We had a super relaxing time here. We will be back.

Overall was a good experience. The resort has good pools and environment. They also offer dolphin chasing experience by hotel beach which was pretty convenient tho the price is a little bit higher than outside. The only problem would be the room was pretty aged and sound can be clearly heard from other rooms.

Great friendly personnel, always helping and very attentive. On going cleaning to keep the resort immaculate surprised me. Rooms taken care quickly and without bothering. Really top service. Breakfasts very tasty and plenty of varieties. Appreciable restaurant menu for diners. Good coffee!

Everything's great, but the shower splashes water everywhere when you use it.🙌

Left this hotel only one night after staying, even though i had booked for three nights. I am easily impressible and although the staff were gorgeous and helpful. this hotel boasted of it’s bicycles and other free ammenities but had nothing to show for it when asked. The location of the hotel is about a 40minute walk from anything so the lack of the apparent free bicycles was upsetting. The food was bland and small servings with a higher price tag due to the “luxurious” look of the hotel, the peanut sauce on my gado gado was watered down, and the chicken dish my partner ordered was dry and flavourless. Had high expectations with the grand entrance of the hotel but these weren’t kept up with shortly after arrival. The wifi connection was horrible even after several guests including myself mentioned this fact. The beach was filled with rubbish and looked like a cess pool more than water, and snorkelling looks like it’d cause medical issues. The cocktails were bad and the beer was warm, and the pool was also warm so not refreshing after a day out in heat. An overall uncomfortable stay, wouldn’t recommend, this was suppose to be our splurge hotel after staying in home-stays our entire trip which i’d have preferred to stay in rather than wasting my money here.

The hotel is very close to the beach, if you want to chase dolphins here is a good choice, the reception can help to book the dolphin chase boat, the waiter will take you to your room to help you with the luggage, the restaurant is very delicious and the scenery is very good night

The hotel is very big and has many rooms and villas. The location is in famous Lovina beach. The facilities are gym, swimming pool and access directy to beach. I recommended this hotel.

Beautiful gardens and pool fantastic staff Comfy big bed and size of room great. Hot water good air -con Everything clean but in need of updates ( around tiles in bathroom ) A big selection of breakfast choice although only white bread and two fruit choices. Considering a few fantastic bakeries in the area
