Nice and clean

actually booked this room for my friends, I recomended this hotel to my friends since my experience was so good! Stayed here before the name changed to be Bloo. Room was spacious, and so tidy. The location is best

Location very strategic, but sadly there is a bar near the hotel & the sound very noisy.

Clean room with all the basic needs.. Location is very convinient for daily needs access..

Recommend you to bring your own teeth brush The body wash is terrible 🤯🤯🤯 oily 🤯🤯🤯 Actually there is no body wash in our room We use the hand wash to clean our body Apart from the body wash Every thing is good

Overall the rooms and location was good and very super convenient l. Nearby has shop lots and foods. However, I thought that the hair dryer is put in the rooms, but actually not. We have to ask from the reception and they will borrow you for 2 hours, and the hair dryer is very lousy where is little wind only. I would recommend you to bring your own hairdryer.

overnight stay, nothing much to say. place is walking distance to eateries.

The location is good. You can easy to find something to eat at any times and the thing that I want you to improve. That is the receptionist have to be helpful modern this.  I got the first floor room is close to the swimming pool and I can access the swimming pool from my room but it is quite loud when the other guests come to swim if you like the peaceful you have to request high floor.

Good pool, located close to food vendors and shopping, they are the positives. We found the cleanliness and maintenance to be poor, and the service pretty average.. especially after paying for the buffet breakfast on the first day for our family of 4, being told that would cover our 5 day stay. two days in we were told we had no breakfast Included and needed to pay every single morning separately. Even after showing the receipt and trying to explain.. also had the room service take our one key card from our room while we were in the pool, causing us to have to have to wait for ages trying to track it down, and possibly have to pay the fee for lising a card.. these could be language barrier and miscommunication but also could be getting screwed for money, which is not nice on holiday but as an Aussie happens daily in bali. Won't be staying at bloo again.

The hotel was great. Value for money. Enough space for the 4 of us. The receptionist is polite. Luckily we did not hear any sound from the pub. Will come again.
