Good banget smua nya

The hotel wasn't bad at all , I liked my stay there But you should stay more than 3 days

‼️ 🚨 Worm in the bathtub 🪱 The exterior of the accommodation was grand, and the staff was polite, making an effort to assist us throughout our stay. First red flags, they did not read my email request prior to our arrival, which was disappointing. The room they initially provided was terrible!😭 There was a scent of cigarette smoke outside our room even though they said no smoking 🚭 allowed with their rules, the water sink was left running, the TV was left on, and we even found a worm in the bathtub, which raised doubts about the cleanliness of the room. Due to our busy schedule and a taxi was waiting for us. We didn't have time to address these concerns longer at the concierge. But we asked for a room change or thorough cleaning, but upon returning, we found no improvements, and there were no towels, and needed for us to call just to have them. If only we have enough time. As we couldn't find another hotel because it was late and we had an early flight. While the concierge staff was polite, the overall experience did not justify staying there. There are other options available that, although older, are cleaner and still comfortable. Unfortunately, this unpleasant experience marred our last night before our flights, turning it into a nightmare.

Very good location, value for money if you plan for short stay. Local breakfast with egg station, you can order accordingly.

Room little bit moist but not bad, big size room. Perfect service and breakfast was insane. Recommend

I like the hotel’s location which is near or in the middle of the different tourist spots. The service staffs are also very nice and helpful. I was just disappointed on the hotel’s cleanliness. The bedsheets has small stains, the mirror is rusty, the toilet holder/area has small dusts which is bothersome. Also, the lights everywhere are so dim plus the swimming pool has no lights at night as advertised. But everything considered I think it is okay for the price.

I changed three rooms. There is mold, stains, rust, hair everywhere. The smell of dampness. Mold on the walls. Rust on bed linen. The curtains in one of the rooms were broken.
