My recent stay at the Best Western Kuta Hotel was truly delightful. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcomed with their warm hospitality and efficient service. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding that ensured a restful night's sleep. The modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV and a well-stocked minibar, added to the comfort and convenience of my stay. I particularly enjoyed the balcony, which offered a lovely view of the bustling Kuta area. The hotel's facilities are excellent. The rooftop pool was a highlight, providing a relaxing oasis with stunning views of the surrounding city and beach. The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, and the breakfast buffet was extensive, with a range of both local and international options that catered to all tastes. One of the standout features of Best Western Kuta Hotel is its location. Situated just a short walk from Kuta Beach, it is perfectly positioned for those wanting to enjoy the sun, surf, and vibrant nightlife of the area. Additionally, there are numerous shops, restaurants, and attractions within easy reach. The staff at Best Western Kuta Hotel deserve special mention for their friendliness and professionalism. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was providing local recommendations or ensuring my room was to my liking. In summary, my stay at Best Western Kuta Hotel was fantastic. The staff is excellent but the upkeep of the hotel needs a lot of improvement. Both rooms we were first given had very poor and noisy aircon. The rooms were very hot and stuff and difficult to sleep. We were later given other rooms when we complaint and both rooms had leaking air cons. We were finally given rooms with aircon when I wanted to cancel my booking. But throughout the whole time, the staff handled my concerns with respect and they have tried their best. Do not come here with young children or old folks. Our holiday was spoilt because I made the choice of staying here.

Location is far from beach. Rooms really need to be revamp. Breakfast selection are limited. This is a 3 star budget hotel.

Hello all, simply put, I do recommend Best Western Resort in Kuta, firstly like other resorts it isn't located on the beach, though a 5 to 10 minute walk through Kuta you are on the beach with all its experiences and excitement. Which for me is perfect because you can have the quiet times that you need on a holiday. Location 5 star! Service staff I cannot fault only they don't go out of their way to make the holiday better. They help when asked, "Only do not force themselves" into your holiday. Which I like and appreciate. Staff 4 star. Room and hotel facilities are dated and are in need of a refurbish. The room was clean, only the sheets were stained, and the bath took an extended amount of time to drain. Positive of the room, it was clean as I mentioned and comfortable, what more do you need??? Room 4 star. Buffet breakfast. Simply yummy! It was fresh and delicious. The only issue was that the staff disappeared occasionally if you wanted an egg or other fresh cooked items. Buffet breakfast 4 star. I stayed there for three nights and enjoyed the experience. I would stay again, Bali is full of holidaying destinations, and you have to be different or unique to be a destination people use regularly, I think Best Western Resort in Kuta has the uniqueness! As I said, I do recommend only remember it's not a 5-star resort. it's a 4 star, so be fair on your expectations.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the thoughtful amenities provided. A big thank you to the general manager for making my experience so enjoyable—I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Hotel ans service is ok... Opposite of hotel have alphamart, indomaret so easy for everything

Love this place and stay here a lot. Really close to the airport, nice staff and guest friendly. The only problem is that the rooms on the ground floor are way way better than those upstairs.

I'm glad I only had to stay 2 nights here. It was horrendous. The bathroom was practically falling apart. The metals were rusted, the towel rack fell off the wall on one side, and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. The AC did not work. Had it set at the coolest temperature, but all it did was make louder noise. There were also a lot of mosquitoes in the room. I couldn't even hide myself from them under the covers since the AC didn't work. I'm never staying here again.

The location is very good in the center of kuta close to the beach and restaurant. However, the room is not that clean the bed **** need to be change, i saw some black things in the bed.

Hotel yg nyaman dan kids friendly, kebersihan dan kenyamanan oke meskipun agak lambat pelayanan house keepingnya but its okay! Pelayanan sangat memuaskan, kami di upgrade kamar ke deluxe dan lokasi kamar tidak menyusahkan untuk bawa anak" kecil. Hanya perlu ditingkatkan peremajaan fasilitasnya sepeti jet shower kamar mandi agak bocor jadi bikin lantai licin. Overall its was amazing to stay here, and will be back again soon! :)
