Ohana Hotel Kuta recensioner

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel! Overall is clean room and washroom, comfortable bed and with friendly staffs! Theres so many good food around the area and good massage shop 😍 Enjoyed the pool as well🥰

The hotel service was quite good. The only thing that could be improved would be more options on breakfast. It was quite limited. Other than that, everything was nice.

Not clean, everything is is very old and dirty. Breakfast average, not much variety.

Lovely staff, clean rooms. Somewhat noisy from the road, but rooms themselves are great.

Location is only good thing otherwise this hotel is useless. They give us room with old air conditioner which was just crying to make the room cool… then after 30 minutes, we has to ask them to change the room… they change the room but their staff attitude was not good… at least in hotel industry this is not expected… and their breakfast…. That was useless… no buffey… they just shared one small menu to choose and they will make alacarte breakfast… 1 alacarte breakfast was only 2 pcs bread with butter, 1 small juice, 1 plate of 6 pcs fruit where watermelon was not ripe… so after breakfast we had to leave table with almost 50% hunger… so in terms of breakfast. , the hotel was terrible and we paid almost USD 5 for this small breakfast…and this was when the hotel was 99% full… so they are adviced to remove with breakfast option from hotel booking option and do not make customer fool…they call their hotel 4 star but 1 star hotel is better in terms of breakfast…

The hotel is clean, has a balcony overlooking the swimming pool which is pretty nice. The room is clean and bright, and the bed is comfortable. However, soundproofing can be better, as the noise from the corridor can be heard, and it gets a bit annoying when people are chattering outside the room. Location is ok, 10-20 mins walk from the Kuta beach.
