The hotel is at superb location, walking distance to Kuta Beach and the Shopping Malls. Had a greatcacation, the staff are helpful to give tour package info, arrived late night but the next day we goto Penida Island exploration. The breakfast is great with a variety of dishes, croissants are best, soft, munchy.😘 nice stay in room too.

Room was very nice with step out into the pool. Very nice pool area with bar but loud music and noisy people at the bar. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and they serve a good breakfast. Restaurant serve supper and dinner and room service during daytime.

They have nice entrance Gate and Check-in was very fast. The room is very modern and clean. There Are 2 different Pool areas With 2 different Pool Bars which Are available from inside the Pool. We were at one of These Bars and the Barkeeper Could only hardly unterstand english which was Problematic. They breakfast was very english like. Nearly nothing regional unfortunately.

Very nice Hotel .... large comfortable rooms ...... great location and good restaurant. Wonderful Pool for Kids. We've stayed a Grand Barong many times.

Stayed here many times now. Great location and pool access room is always a great choice! Staff are super friendly and accommodating. They’re happy to provide sheets for fresh tattoos so you won’t be charge for any stains/damage to linen. Rooms a little dated but still amazing for the price.
