The Jayakarta Bali Beach Resort recensioner

I had a great time at the Jayakarta. The staff were very friendly and as a solo traveller, they made the effort to speak to me. The pools were so lovely! The temperature was just right! I also booked a flower bath and massage in the resort...very good! The food was really good and the cocktails even better! They also had hair braiders in the resort, so I got my hair done! My only slight criticism was the room. I didn't feel my room was quite on par with other hotels I've stayed in. I didn't complain but my bed sheets were stained, and I didn't feel all that comfortable in there. There wasn't a hairdryer in the room either, but the staff did bring me one on request. I just felt like they need to buy new towels and bed sheets. I got the sense they were washed and 'clean' but old and like I say, stained. I've stayed in hostels of better room standards sadly. But everything else was really good!

Great for families! Giant pools, close to restaurants. Beach is across the road with cheap chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast was decent and included. A great time!

This is an amazing place to stay, just a short walk from the beach and conveniently near shops. The beach is easily accessible, making it ideal for morning strolls or sunset views. Plus, having shops nearby means you can easily grab any essentials or indulge in some shopping without needing to drive. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for a vacation, combining natural beauty with practical amenities.

Internet works perfectly and amazing common areas (pools and restaurants)

17th trip to Bali and second time I've stayed here. I love everything about it. Very accommodating staff...so nice and friendly. Amazing location too. Best value for money when compared to anywhere else I've stayed. Highly recommend The Jayakarta!

I was a bit concerned after reading a number of poor reviews of this place. But for us everyrhing was excellent. Kids loved it. Breakfast was fantastic. Pools clean. Staff lovely. Rooms are great. Not perfect but definately not worth complaining about. We'd go back for sure. Thank you !

Enjoyed staying at the Jayakarta being close to good restaurants and the beach. The service was excellent. They were accommodating with putting us on the ground floor as my husband is unable to upstairs

Staff are very friendly and professional, the only thing is the security keep asking me if I stay at the hotel or not but I never seen they asking others/white guest. I’m not sure why

Good place. Good location. Amazing pool with swim up bar. Staff were not very attentive, but they were nice enough. Sadly, my bank card went missing and it didn’t leave my room. They didn’t do much to help other than ask laundry. I don’t think it was stolen by staff, but I do they they accidentally cleaned it with the garbage or something.

Good for what you paid. The pool and swim up bar were very nice. The pool and bar are open late, although the pool does close in the late afternoon for cleaning but it is only an hour.

This is the most horrible hotel I've stayed at in the past 10 years, And the problem is not with the staff or with the location. In a nutshell - it should be demolished and rebuilt. Horrible 50yo bathrooms, dark "Deluxe" room, awful boring breakfast, The pool is great, though, the location is very good, but as much as the staff can try - they cannot change the overdue for demolition buildings.
