Bambu Indah Resort recensioner

We stayed at Bambu Indah for 2 nights between 3-5 June 2024. As someone who has stayed in many places before, we can say that it was the best hotel we have stayed in. All the employees are so friendly that you are always filled with positive energy. We especially loved the natural vibe here and they work hard to maintain it. There is always great work and effort, whether it is the maintenance of natural pools or the pest control of the rooms. Thanks to the naturally flowing water from the spring, the coldness of the water is perfect for this hot weather and it cools you down very well. We have not had any negative experiences, you can stay with peace of mind. Many thanks to everyone who contributed.

在訂房之前看Bambu Indah的評論屬於兩極分化，但我想説目前為止，它將成為我世界各地體驗酒店裡最愛的酒店Top3 。 我喜歡它完全環保的理念，也非常享受它真的做到了貼近自然的酒店定位，關於大自然和環保絕對不是噱頭。 這次為了更完整的體驗，我們一共在Bambu Indah住了三個最炙手可熱的房型。Tree house ，Moon House ， Guadua house。 我想根據我的體驗説説我對這三個房型的感受。 1.最愛的就是Tree house ，這是一定要來這個酒店體驗的房型，住在裏面你會感覺到自己童年的夢想成真了，住在樹上，一個像阿凡達電影裏的房間。沒有門窗，但自然的屏障給到你內心深處的安寧。 2.Moon House排名第二，離河邊很近，如果你可以接受自然河流的白噪音入睡，Tree house是在“樹上”俯瞰森林，而Moon house是“真的”住進樹林裏，高端細節的房間設計在原始的環境裏並不突兀，在房間的吊牀上可以曬一整天太陽。 3.Guadua House ，我們第一間入住的房型，因為是第一次體驗很激動，但住過tree house和Moon House之後對這個房型就無感了。 我們在住之前有擔心蚊蟲，蛇等小動物的問題。實話實説，蚊子的問題在這樣深的森林裏很難避免，但酒店的驅蟲已經做很好了，我們是雨季在森林裏也沒有被蚊蟲問題過於幹擾，因為想擁有這樣的體驗必定需要一些小犧牲。 整個酒店的服務人員都非常好，客房之間也有很強的私密性，總之我愛這個酒店，我一定會再回來！

當天到了佩尼達島才訂的住宿，隔天退房老闆女兒要我們再付一次錢，出示收據跟他們說已經付過了，她表示我們付的是房間的"確認費"並說他昨天已經取消，我隨後出示信用卡也並無退款給他看，她還是堅持要我們付款，雙方僵持不下打給trip的客服也叫我們不要再次付款他們致電去確認，過沒多久他們說不用付了，但他們也沒有接客服的電話，因為客服打來說他們未接通時我們已經離開，飯店顯然不熟悉網路和刷卡機的使用，因為吃早餐時等前面一組旅客刷卡就反覆弄了20分鐘，最後飯店說不用付款時也沒有致歉，一大早的行程被浪費了一堆時間連一句道歉也沒有，餐點炒飯有螞蟻，好好的一天由這鳥事開始完全不推薦

是此次烏布之行最特殊的體驗。 先説缺點：和傳統酒店很不一樣，敞開式，會有蟲子（部分朋友可能不能接受）空調也不算給力，晚上阿勇河的聲音比較響，我住的cooper房型需要爬上爬下比較辛苦。 除此之外真的是太棒的體驗！叢林景觀，純天然泳池，竹子電梯，每一處都足夠特別（很出片），喜歡！！！😘😘

蟲太多！蜘蛛和其他昆蟲可以直接從樹上飛到床上。有一衹很大的星天牛飛到了我的床上。外面也很吵。 不過如果你很喜歡大自然的話可以來這裏，樹屋的設計也很特別。

挺好的 適合度假 就是蟲子太多了

It is a very nice, small boutique property. The rooms are quite open to the surrounding, so might not be for everyone, but if you like nature it is a treat The staff are charming and always very helpful. The morning walking tour with Cubix was amazing. One comment is we wish the local food would be more authentic and flavorful.

It’s hard to find the right words to describe this unique experience. Even after three nights, it’s difficult to express just how sad we are to leave Bambu Indah. The accommodations are nothing short of stunning—each bespoke, bamboo structure showcases creative architecture and inspiring design. We stayed in the Sumba house, a comfortable three-bedroom home that’s a bit secluded, which we loved. The entire place radiates positive energy and good vibes, especially by the river with its pure water pools. The service is impeccable, and the staff are incredibly kind and dedicated. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking peace, relaxation, and beautiful architecture. Well done to the whole staff and to the owners

What an absolute surprise when you enter through the humble entrance of this resort. It is beautiful, atmospheric and quaint. Both the swimming pool and spring fed pools are delight to swim and relax. Felt safe as a solo traveler despite lack of locks on doors. Food was delicious and attentive to sustainability and presentation. A special mention for the wonderful staff. You made my stay even more memorable. Thank you

It was an extraordinary experience to be able to have lunch at River Warung with a very professional waiter named Hendra. Thank you Hendra for providing truly extraordinary service to us. I hope to come again with you who serve. Truly five stars service for Hendra. It is highly recommended to come because the place is more amazing than you can imagine.

The best eco resort in the world?! I think so. Unbelievable staff, the beds are divine and it’s just the right mix of luxury and nature. I did not see a single piece of plastic during my stay which in a frat considering the state of the world. Dea at the front desk was so accomodating to my mom who couldn’t do all the stairs for breakfast so she got room service that was so punctual and beautiful everyday.

Breathtaking nature , great food , excellent staff , I could sit here and watch the nature for hours. Fantastic plants and wild life. Superb! Great massage and treatments on offer ! Brilliant value for money a must see in ubud if you are visiting Bali.

As I looked for places to stay in Ubud, I wanted to feel that I was a part of nature, while also having the comforts of a luxury hotels. Bambu Indah gave me just that. The hotel is on a beautiful property with lush greenery and beautiful views of the rice fields and sunsets. Every morning you walk through the trees and across the river to breakfast, which I really enjoyed the variety of eggs, vegan les, juices, etc. it felt like breakfast was nourishing my body and my soul. The restaurants also serve other amazing dishes for lunch and dinner. I enjoyed their local cocktails and food options. The rooms are open and the restroom was outside with the shower hanging over the tree and large rock. If you don’t like nature, this would not be the right place for you, but for me, it was what I wanted. The rooms have everything you need from coffee, drinks, snacks - including the best granola bar I have ever had in my entire life. The staff is very friendly and reached out ahead of my trip. I was able to coordinate my transportation and other activities via WhatsApp prior to my arrival. It was all very easy. There is not gym and the spa is limited in terms of amenities, but that wasn’t important for my stay.
