Bambu Indah Resort recensioner

We stayed at Bambu Indah for 2 nights between 3-5 June 2024. As someone who has stayed in many places before, we can say that it was the best hotel we have stayed in. All the employees are so friendly that you are always filled with positive energy. We especially loved the natural vibe here and they work hard to maintain it. There is always great work and effort, whether it is the maintenance of natural pools or the pest control of the rooms. Thanks to the naturally flowing water from the spring, the coldness of the water is perfect for this hot weather and it cools you down very well. We have not had any negative experiences, you can stay with peace of mind. Many thanks to everyone who contributed.

在訂房之前看Bambu Indah的評論屬於兩極分化，但我想説目前為止，它將成為我世界各地體驗酒店裡最愛的酒店Top3 。 我喜歡它完全環保的理念，也非常享受它真的做到了貼近自然的酒店定位，關於大自然和環保絕對不是噱頭。 這次為了更完整的體驗，我們一共在Bambu Indah住了三個最炙手可熱的房型。Tree house ，Moon House ， Guadua house。 我想根據我的體驗説説我對這三個房型的感受。 1.最愛的就是Tree house ，這是一定要來這個酒店體驗的房型，住在裏面你會感覺到自己童年的夢想成真了，住在樹上，一個像阿凡達電影裏的房間。沒有門窗，但自然的屏障給到你內心深處的安寧。 2.Moon House排名第二，離河邊很近，如果你可以接受自然河流的白噪音入睡，Tree house是在“樹上”俯瞰森林，而Moon house是“真的”住進樹林裏，高端細節的房間設計在原始的環境裏並不突兀，在房間的吊牀上可以曬一整天太陽。 3.Guadua House ，我們第一間入住的房型，因為是第一次體驗很激動，但住過tree house和Moon House之後對這個房型就無感了。 我們在住之前有擔心蚊蟲，蛇等小動物的問題。實話實説，蚊子的問題在這樣深的森林裏很難避免，但酒店的驅蟲已經做很好了，我們是雨季在森林裏也沒有被蚊蟲問題過於干擾，因為想擁有這樣的體驗必定需要一些小犧牲。 整個酒店的服務人員都非常好，客房之間也有很強的私密性，總之我愛這個酒店，我一定會再回來！

當天到了佩尼達島才訂的住宿，隔天退房老闆女兒要我們再付一次錢，出示收據跟他們說已經付過了，她表示我們付的是房間的"確認費"並說他昨天已經取消，我隨後出示信用卡也並無退款給他看，她還是堅持要我們付款，雙方僵持不下打給trip的客服也叫我們不要再次付款他們致電去確認，過沒多久他們說不用付了，但他們也沒有接客服的電話，因為客服打來說他們未接通時我們已經離開，飯店顯然不熟悉網路和刷卡機的使用，因為吃早餐時等前面一組旅客刷卡就反覆弄了20分鐘，最後飯店說不用付款時也沒有致歉，一大早的行程被浪費了一堆時間連一句道歉也沒有，餐點炒飯有螞蟻，好好的一天由這鳥事開始完全不推薦

是此次烏布之行最特殊的體驗。 先説缺點：和傳統酒店很不一樣，敞開式，會有蟲子（部分朋友可能不能接受）空調也不算給力，晚上阿勇河的聲音比較響，我住的cooper房型需要爬上爬下比較辛苦。 除此之外真的是太棒的體驗！叢林景觀，純天然泳池，竹子電梯，每一處都足夠特別（很出片），喜歡！！！😘😘

蟲太多！蜘蛛和其他昆蟲可以直接從樹上飛到床上。有一衹很大的星天牛飛到了我的床上。外面也很吵。 不過如果你很喜歡大自然的話可以來這裏，樹屋的設計也很特別。

挺好的 適合度假 就是蟲子太多了

Bambu Indah is the perfect place to slow down and reconnect with nature. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful views. The staff are warm, attentive, and make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Everything here encourages you to take life at a slower pace—whether it’s enjoying a quiet meal, swimming in the natural pool, or just listening to the sounds of nature. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from the crowds, this is the place to be.

Surreal experience, we spent Nyepi in the Moon House, an hyperbolic bamboo structure without walls, a day spent listening only to the sound of the river pampered by extremely kind staff. We ended our journey here with a wonderful purification ceremony, Melukat, to start the Balinese new year completely renewed.

The best and most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in - unique experience that can’t be compared with anything else. If you like being close to nature in the middle of jungle then this is for you. The staff were wonderful too, not to mention food. We will definitely be back 💕

Absolutely STUNNING! I was supposed to write this review as soon as I left but life got a bit busy! But Just wanted to express just what an amazing experience myself and my partner had at Bambu Indah. It is such a gorgeous hotel, peaceful, wonderful and friendly staff. It truly feels like you are staying in a jungle, but funnily enough if you are worried about insects, I didn't see much of them and I was worried about that as our bathroom was outside. Most importantly the staff worked well with planning with my partner to surprise me with the most romantic proposal I could ever wish for! They had prepared flowers, candles on a bridge which led to a rock in the middle of the river where my now fiancé proposed to me. They even had a professional photographer to capture the moment. My fiancé said the help that he got from Jorge (I hope I spelt it right!) to plan this was amazing. We only had breakfast the two nights we stayed and enjoyed it, the food was healthy and fresh ... no junk food in sight! We also got a massage each which was so relaxing that I fell asleep! The hotel has many parts to discover and you should take some time to explore everywhere however, if you have any mobility issues this hotel isn't the most accessible as you have to walk everywhere over bamboo bridges, large rocks and uneven pathways. Make sure you explore the crystal pools and see the two cows Bambu and Indah! They were adorable. Also my partner and I randomly met the owner of the hotel by chance in the bar ( at the time we did not know who he was) but he was so lovely and friendly! Thank you Bambu Indah and all the staff for making this experience so fantastic

Absolute paradise. The staff are amazing, food is wonderful. The architecture is incredibly inspirational. The energy of nature and the river is palpable. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage with a storm thundering down outside. Was wonderful. Will come back time and time again.

Wonderful place and outstanding place right in nature! We stayed in the Moon room which was out of this world. You can hear the river running and enjoy a private natural pool. We also enjoyed the food here and the relaxing time we shared and the morning yoga! Very cool experience

We had the best time here. The Moon House was incredible and the yoga class in the morning was a big highlight. Definitely recommend. Spending the day by the river was also just heaven. We will be coming back again and again. The service was so wonderful and helpful too.
