I am the General Manager and let me explain: But let me first of all correct that the person you spoke was not the owner at all, he is the retired husband from the owner woman which have of course any right to bring into her hotel whatever she wants. She lives in an apartment in her hotel and the husband is not German, you got that wrong too, and you insulted the husband if you remember but nobody you. My staff was scared with you because you became more and more unfriendly to them and just complained about almost everything. Let me tell you, you been just angry for the reason no food and drinks allowed in hotel (I say more to that down below) and finally all is bad, not clean and so. We are under the best 3 hotels in Lovina, might be a good reason for it . And you by yourself choosed it by visiting before booking 2 times and checked personally the room and agreed in it. Furthermore we doubt all fotos you posted are from our hotel, anyway the stains in daily blanket is the result of eating in room and dusty surfaces must be cleaned daily but you didn't let cleaning staff into your room, so please why you later complain? And when you had room service for breakfast of course we will serve off the used plates even if you not in the room, that's normal in a good hotel it also has hygienic reasons in very warm tropical Bali, and avoid unwanted visitor in room and on balcony. Not lot of guests at the moment, of course not in low season like April it was, and that's normal in Lovina. So, let me tell the story further: You came up with a massive violation of our hotel rules. You were bringing massiv alcohol and food in your room which is not allowed. Tons of alcohol like beer, whisky, other spirits and Softdrinks. This is not allowed in our hotel because we have onside Restaurant and Bars and a minibar in the room which one you swapped all the items inside out and break the cooling chain, so we easily can charge you for all those items, we did not. If all guest do that like you did, we will go bankrut with Restaurant and Bars because there will be no income to only pay the staff, that should be understood. And our rooms are sleeping rooms and no kitchen areas. Furthermore nobody saw you bringing anything in your room, also when you passed the reception, you were hiding very well in bags or backbag, we know this practice very well for that long time in business. You also refused to let your room key at the front desk, we both know why when we asked for it , for security reasons, your answer: you don't care ! And don't say you felt unsafe in our hotel, that's not rigjt, we have security person 24hours in place, CCTV in public areas and safe key control, that's why don't bring key outside the hotel. Anyway, we would recommend guests like you that you make future rentals in private vill
