B Hotel Bali & Spa recensioner

Good location and convenient. Staff are very friendly. But the hotel room is a bit outdated, stained on curtains and some on bedsheets.  Breakfast is decent. Overall is worth of money.

WARNING: The hotel looks nice on the photos on this app, and even when you arrive at the hotel the lobby looks great, however inside is a whole other story. It looks like a filthy prison that hasn’t been up-kept for years. Peeling walls, dirty old blinds, the pool water looks like a bathing area for hippos. Even the door to the room is disgusting. The breakfast is terrible! I had breakfast once and never went back. The service is also bad, they cannot communicate in a full sentence, just grunts and ‘ok’ ‘yes yes’ that kind of thing. Location is awful next to a super busy road which is congested all day. Don’t stay here!!

The hotel is near the mall. Walking distance. Also near the souvenir shop. We arrived past midnight good thing we booked thru trip.com which allows us to call the property and inform them.

The room is quite comfortable. Breakfast okay Shaver / razor didn't provided in the room. Please bring along yours if u need it. I arrived late at the hotel due to flight delayed. However, there is receptionist standby 24 hours.

I was given the room with 2 single bed combined even though I booked the room with a double bed. I would like to highlight the towels need to change. They look already old and should not give again for hotel guest. Mini fridge in the room was not working it make my food spoiled. Breakfast was not really good. I ask assistance from the hotel management about my issue through Trip.com customer service however they refuse to give a resolution. I'm quite disappointed with how they handle such situations.

2nd time here, Nice , worth the price. Compared to the first time I went I noticed that the hotel needs some maintenance But all good overall

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and approachable. I was impressed by a young male staff member who took the initiative to ask if I needed help as I passed by the restaurant on my way to my room. He took responsibility and escorted me there. When we found that my room key didn't work, he promptly arranged for an engineer to fix it. As a representative of the hotel, he embodied the image of hospitality, not just within the restaurant. While the facilities were not very new, they were kept clean. Additionally, I appreciated a cleaning staff member who decorated my bed with lovely cloth flowers—a small gesture that truly made my day.

This hotel was perfect. Even though it’s not 5 star it was very nice, clean, AMAZING breakfast, and staff is so friendly and helpful to even give recommendations! I would go back there. They have a small gym which is nice and you can get a massage. Location is a little far from the beach town area but still only 20 minutes walk or you can rent a bike.

Great hospitality..very humble and well behaved staffs..they also surprised me with wishing me with a nice birthday cake :) very much recommended for couples family and friends
