The staff is helpful location is near by bali zoo all over we had a good time we stay there for two days

Everything is really good just that forget about anything complementary for any occasion without paying for it. Staff is amazing, location too but they will not drop you even 500 meters from outside your hotel for anything when they can by their shuttle. But they will call you a paid taxi:-)

Шикарный отель в шикарном месте. Сервис на высоте. Территория большая и тихая. Жили в вилле на реке с видом на джунгли. Создавалось ощущение полного уединения. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Основное блюдо на выбор по заказу, а напитки, выпечка и фрукты по типу шведского стола. Ряд вилл расположен на проходном месте, что является менее выигрышным вариантом, тк все как в аквариуме. Не хотелось бы, что выпал этот вариант размещения.

Great private gateaway resort. If you’re looking to rekindle your romance or looking for a honeymoon spot look no further. The private pool luxury villa is super great, big private pool, outdoor day bed, larger bedroom and outdoor shower and toilet. The service and restaurant are great and economical. The drinks are very good also. Located in front of the river with luxious greenery views. Spa on site also. Located in Unud so close to cultural sites.

I had the most awesome stay at Santi Mandala Villa & Spa. Feeling extra special on my birthday when Ayu and her Colleagues walked our way, singing "Happy Birthday". So attentive, so helpful, so happy, so grateful and truly such beautiful souls. I truly cherish my most awesome Bali Memories. Thank you Santi Mandala and Thank you Ayu! Aishah

We had a lovely time. We stayed here for 4 nights and could have done more! The area is super peaceful, the pool is nice. Breakfast and dinner was wonderful and lots of different options. The staff were so so friendly from the meals to the reception! The area is very safe and they remember you when you come in and out. About 20 mins to ubud centre however with traffic can take around 45 minutes. Easy to get a grab into the centre. We was scared of the geckos at first but got used to this quickly. Clean room and staff were honestly so respectful and accommodating. Definitely would recommend and come back!
