Alron Hotel Kuta Powered by Archipelago recensioner

Booked the hotel with the deluxe room expecting to be in a ground floor with table and cahirs outside the balcony and pool area as it was shown on the description when i book. According to the front dest the hotel is fully booked so we ended up staying at the second floor which we didn’t expect it. Me and my husband was not happy about it. second, the smell of the room when we get in is awful and not pleasant, the whole night i couldn’t really relax coz im smelling something bad in the room (probably it came from the drainage of the bathroom). Third, towels are old and smelly. fourth, the toilet, sink and whole bathroom needs to be deep clean as it is a but “ewww”  but staff and guards are very accommodating. location is perfect!  place and staff no problem only the hotel needs to pay attention with cleanliness.  thanks!

Always stay here when passing through to the airport. Location is ideal for the airport or stay in Kuta area. Rooms are always clean and spacious, great service.

Location good the buffet good but gym if you looking for exercise in the hotel you will be disappointed

Good staff

Small room with a window though the corridor.  Very noise, between the other guests outside and th guest on the upfloor. Worst night ever of i have to compare with the others réservations.

The hotel is clean and the staff are accommodating. The place is near the airport and so accessible to the other places in Kuta.

Great hotel. A good location, walkable to many restaurants, shops and the beach. Good pool outside, however it’s shady for most of the day. Very cheap drinks at the pool.

До пляжу 20 хв пішки. Дзеркало було дуже розбите. Фену в номері не було. Попросила пізній чекаут, мені дозволили зроьити виселення на 30 хв пізніше, за що дуже вдячна

Чистый свежий отель. Удобная кровать с хорошим постельным. В нашем номере не было балкона, окна выходили на оживленную улицу из-за чего ночью было сложно уснуть. Окна однослойные, кровать стоит прямо у окна(

Çok gürültülü bir hotel, duvarlar kağıt gibi. Önceden ayarladığım için mecbur 3 gece kaldım ama her gün sabahın köründe uyandım. Hiç tavsiye etmiyorum burayı. Ayrıca havuz manzaralı oda diye tuttum. İşte havuz manzarası = Bali ve yalanları

Самый плохой отель из всех.что мы видели в течение нашей поездки по Азии У нас был забронирован и оплачен номер делюкс ,но по приеду ,во время ,сказали что нет таких и дали стандарт,который в два раза дешевле! Никакие разговоры и показывание ваучера не смогли их убедить Продают делюкс номера нескольким людям ,потом на авось надеятся ,вот этим промышляют Будьте осторожны! На фото номер стандарт А у нас должен быть большой с выходом к бассейну
